Darsey's pov:

Well they're onto is. I guess there's no way to lie out of this one. We just sit down on a bright red couch adjacent to Niall and Liam's. Zayn sits across from us in the corner of couches with a burnette girl by his side that I didn't recognize.

"Who's this?" I change the subject as Harry snakes his arm around my waist and holds me closer to him. I have to admit, being with him again is the greatest feeling, especially when we get to... spend time together like we did for the past half hour. But his past is tugging at my mind. Will he stay faithful to me? Of course. He's different now... right? I shut the thoughts out of my mind for now, doing my best to enjoy my night out.

"This is Marley," Zayn says. She smiles and waves slightly. She looks at Harry and her expression falls flat.

"It's nice to meet you." she speaks up, her soft voice not fitting her look. She has beautiful black hair that's loosely curled and tanned skin that is obviously fake. Her crystal blue eyes and dark make up give her the same look as the girl we had met earlier, Thia. They are both rich and cocky, however Marley seems a lot nicer.

I return her friendly greeting and lean into Harry more. He seems tense- like so unnaturally tense that it frightens me a bit.

"What's wrong?" I whisper to him as the group starts a conversation.

"Nothing." he presses his lips into a flat line.

"That's a lie." I reply in a light tone. "Do you not like her?" I asked, gesturing to Marley.

"She's friends with Thia. So, I don't hate her I just hate her friend choice." he says slowly and quietly.

"What did Thia do to you?" I ask.

"This isn't the time to explain," Harry says dismissively and I give in, not wanting to ruin anything. My phone goes off and I jump, startled by the sudden noise.

"It's Louis." I say as Harry watches me pull it out of my bag. He groans and rolls his eyes. I stand up and he grabs my wrist.

"What are you doing?" he asks.

"I'm going outside so I can talk to him. It's to noisy in here," I say.

"Be careful," his warning concerns me a bit but I brush it off, walking out through the hall and out the front door.

"Darsey," Louis says when I answer.

"Hey, Louis." I smile. "What are you up to?" I ask, his familiar voice comforting me as I glance around at the people who are positioned close by. They make me feel as though I'm going to be jumped just by looking at them wrong.

"We just finished working out," he informs me. I hear other voices in the background but block them out. It feels good to talk to my best friend again after not seeing him for almost 2 days. "What about you?"

"I'm at a party," I say, stepping farther from the door as a few stoners walk out and join a big group of drunk kids in the grass.

"Who's?" he asks after a moment of silence.

"Her name is Carly. We all came," I say, not wanting to specifically say Harry's name.

"Who's we?" He questions me.

"Niall, Liam, and Zayn. Harry met us here." I get quieter as I continue to speak.

"Harry is there?" he asks. I can tell he isn't pleased about that at all.

"Um..." I trail off when a voice speaks behind me.

"Darsey, right?" he speaks so suddenly that it startles me and I drop my phone.

"Who are you?" I ask, not bothering to pick up my phone. By the looks of him I don't think he's going to be friendly.

"I'm James."
