Amelia's POV

Last night Owen told me that he wants to adopt Quinn . At first I was mad at him for not telling me sooner he knows how close I feel to her and now that we are engaged and expecting I kind of feel that he should have talked about this with me before having meetings with Ms Ravens without me. I got over that after he admitted that he should have talked about it with me he just really wanted it to be a surprise. It's morning now we are laying in bed Owen  is still asleep. I can't believe that I got this lucky he  is so adorable when he sleeps he doesn't snore much but he mumbles not quite talking I wish I could watch him all day but I have to wake him up today we have work we also have a meeting with Ms Raven and some other social workers who are involved in Quinn's case hopefully if all goes well we will be bringing her home with us by the end of the week. After that we're meeting with our realtor to look at a house

(Later that day)
Well our day got better when we found out that we get to bring Quinn home with us as our daughter and into our lives at the end of the week she still has to heal from her injuries and may need some physical therapy but other than that everything will be great

Ms Raven: Congratulations Mr and Mrs Hunt you are now the parents of Quinn Alison Everstone who by law is now Quinn Alison Hunt I'm so happy for you guys. Oh here are all her medical papers, birth certificate and other things that have information about her

Amelia: It says here that when she was an infant she had surgery to replace one of her lungs. Do you know when that was

Ms Raven: Oh yeah when she was about a month old she needed a lung transplant she was able to receive a lung from a newborn

Amelia: Oh (speaking out of concern)

Owen: What is it Amelia

Amelia:(talking to Ms Raven) Do you know where the transplant came from

Ms Raven: Um let see here um no it was private all that it says is that the the baby who donated it was from California born with a severe birth defect called...

Amelia: Anencephaly ?

Ms Raven: Um ya how'd you know.

Amelia: I think I know why I feel so close to her (shredding a few tears) and I have a good feeling I know who donated the lung OMG how could I not have seen it (still shredding tears but not the sad ones happy ones)

Owen: Amelia are you okay?

Amelia: Do you know the date of the transplant

Ms Raven: It says that the date of the transplant was ..... November 9

Amelia: Oh my god it's true

Owen: Amelia will you please tell me what's going on

Amelia: It's Ryan's the lung Quinn received was from my son my unicornbaby he came back to me

(Later that night)
Owen and I are now finished for the day we haven't told Quinn the good news yet so we decided to do that now we got her two t-shirts one that says Superman Was Adopted with his symbol on it and on the other one it says big sister of twins
