Chapter Twenty Three

Owen's POV

Amelia is now 4 weeks pregnant she hasn't had any cravings yet but oh my god her morning sickness she tells me that it wasn't like this when she was pregnant before which is why she thinks she's having a girl she also tells me that her stomach is growing faster than last time she is such a strong person she inspires me in so many ways. I have no idea what I would do without her which is why I'm planning on proposing to Amelia in a week. Addison is coming to help me pick out the ring tomorrow. I'm also going to tell Addison that I put a bid on a house for Amelia and I it's beautiful. It has four bedrooms including a master. When you walk in to the right is a room that I can picture making into a office, in front of you are the stairs, to your left is the kitchen and living room which is one big open area. The kitchen has been updated and is really nice next to the kitchen is a small room that I'm going to make into a play room for our future kids yes I said kids meaning plural more than one I want to have three or four. Amelia wants to name the baby after her brother Derek his middle name was Christopher which is what she wants to name the baby if it's a boy I'm thinking of Christopher Everett Ryder Hunt and for a girl I'm thinking of Elliot Jordynn Averie Hunt. Amelia and I are planning on telling Addison about Amelia's pregnancy and that we want her to be the god mother we are so excited. But before I do all of this and asking Amelia to marry me I'm going to talk to Zola about it. I know that she is just a little girl but she is the most important thing to Amelia and vs. I just want Zola to know that I'm not trying to take Amelia away from her I just want to make this family bigger. I know she is going to ask me questions and I'm prepared for them. Tonight we are going to Meredith house tonight for dinner and since Zola is Meredith's daughter well you get the picture

Addison POV

Today I'm going to Seattle with my husband Jake, our son Henry and Charlotte a really good friend of Amelia and mine. Charlotte and I are going to help Owen pick out a ring so he could propose to Amelia then we are going to surprise her at Grey Sloan Memorial. Owen and I have been talking on the phone mostly updating each other and I'm also talking to him about how he should propose we both came up with the idea that he should do it in privacy knowing Amelia she is more likely to say yes if she is not standing in front of a bunch of people even though I divorced her brother a long time ago I'm still really protective of her she's like a little sister I've never met Owen but I've heard a lot about him he seems like a really nice guy. We're only going to be there for a few days.While we are in Seattle I'm also going to Mark and Derek's grave maybe it will give me closure so I can move on
