I was thinking about doing a pilot twist here are a few of my ideas ( they are all very similar to each other which is that Quinn has a sibling)
1 ) Amelia and Owen get a call from Children Services saying that Quinn's mom died of an over dose this causes them to get more papers in which they find out that she has an older brother who went missing only a year ago
2 ) While at the park with Meredith and her kids Quinn runs in to someone from her past
3 ) Quinn reveals that she had a little sister who supposedly died of unknown causes
