Life is not always about laughing above lungs. Sometimes we laugh sometimes we smile sometimes we get angry sometimes bored and other times we may cry. We may become weak. But having friends at all times means happiness. Not always you have to smile to tell you are happy. Sometimes your friends themselves will tell others how happy you are.
Thank you @saloni64 @pappurenz @heena0022 @sravsbujji @nafibabe and all others who gave me your warm support which kicked the cold and mean flu. This story is dedicated to you personally. Enjoy....
Jyothi and suresh went to samyuktha's home. All the curtains were removed to let the light enter the house. Rupa felt the light might scare the ghost but she forgot that the ghost is in her daughter's body and she slept because of heavy dose of sedative given.
Gopal hugged his best friend after seeing him enter the house. He cried thinking about his daughter. His possessed daughter.
"Everything will settle soon gopal" suresh said assuring his best friend.
"Where is rupa?" Jyothi asked when she couldn't find her cousin.
"In yuktha's room" gopal said. Jyothi went upstairs and saw rupa staring at her daughter with glassy eyes.
"She will be alright. Baba has promised us that he will help us" jyothi spoke.
"Why my daughter? Why her? That ghost killed my son but why was she haunting my daughter till now? Why possess her now? Why should we drug her too much?" Rupa asked.
"I don't know about the ghost rupa but baba told us yesterday that the ghost is too strong and we have to keep her very weak. It's only possible with the drugs. We don't have other choice rupa" jyothi explained.
"When will he come again?" Rupa asked expectantly.
"Tomorrow" jyothi said. The muslim who others call baba has come yesterday morning to see samyuktha. Even before he saw her he told them confidently that a ghost is in the house. Alex mocked him telling that people only contact him when they believe their family is haunted. Baba smiled and simply said he will know when the time comes. Alex rolled his eyes but all others were sure he will have mini heart attack on seeing the ghost in live.
..........
Suresh tied it to his wife who stared at him with big eyes. She didn't expect her husband to be that kind.
"Don't lose it woman. The ghost will attack you" suresh warned his wife about the protective bracelet he tied to her wrist. He extended his hand expecting her to tie his. The bracelet is simple. It is a plain red thread with 'om' symbol at the center. They felt no change after tying but they know they have to face consequences if the raksha is removed.
Taking a deep breath, suresh ignited the engine which roared in the early morning. The car lights showed the way since it was still four twenty am and the roads are calm as no one were on it. They reached gopal's home in thirty minutes and went inside.
Baba recited quran. Everyone were silent to prevent disturbing his prayer. Suresh and jyothi joined the group. Gopal and rupa, padma, gayatri, alex and three constables were standing in samyuktha's room. Gayatri gave the way to suresh and jyothi when they entered the room silently.
Baba completed prayer in half an hour and spread the dua in the house. People silently followed him like kids scared to leave him alone. Then he finally told them what he is going to do.
"The girl must be tighed tightly to avoid escaping the house. Then I will start chanting. No one will listen to the girl. No one will go near her. You must not believe whatever she says. Because it won't be the girl speaking then. Please follow my rules" baba said.
