"I'm going with Rosemary now." Firefly says and leaves.

"Why are you defending her? You barely know her!" Chloe says angrily.

"I'm not defending anyone. But putting someone in a headlock is not the answer to solving our problems! Besides, you know she's scared of you." I say, trying to keep my anger under control.

"Oh please! If she came with us back home, she wouldn't last a day! She can't come with us. She doesn't know anything."

"Like she doesn't know how to heal those wounds of yours. Or she doesn't know how to shoot an arrow point blank at me."

She glares at me. "Why are you on her side? You've only known her for, what, a day? How long have you known me? Oh, just seven years!"

"That has nothing to do with this!"

She raises her eyebrows. "I bet she wants to come back home with us. She probably asked you if she could come, right? And you said you'd think about it?" She crosses her arms. "How am I doing so far?"

"I'd say you've got most of it figured out. But there's no need to yell about it." Rick says from behind us.

I turn around sharply and see that Chloe has a sword at his throat. He raises an eyebrow at her, probably his way of saying he's innocent. She lowers her sword.

"It's about time you showed up." I say bitterly.

Rick is dressed in black pants and a black shirt. He looks kind of like the Grim Reaper.

"What'd I miss, the biggest soap opera of the year?" He says.

"Very funny." I say.

"Seriously, what happened?"

"Well, Firefly accused Seth of lying to her. So she tried to kill him." Chloe says.

Rick nods. "Go on."

"Yeah, well, what Chloe forgot to mention was that she put Firefly in a headlock at the moment. I told her that was enough, but she didn't listen! I had to practically pry them off each other!" I yell.

"Well, what Seth forgot to mention was that he yelled at me for no reason!"

"No reason?! You put her in a freaking headlock! You call that 'no reason'?!"

"Guys, guys, chill. Look, no one's killed each other yet, so I'd call that progress." Rick chuckles. "You two are made for each other."

"What?!" Chloe shrieks.

Why would he say that? We don't have time for romance!

"You're joking, right?" I say.

Rick laughs. "No, I'm not. Now, let's go talk strategy. Come on."

We reluctantly follow Rick to his room. Firefly is already waiting for us. What a surprise...

"Alright, guys, try to not kill each other, ok? Let's just finish this and leave." Rick says and sits down.

"If someone would get back in reality, then I don't think that'd be a problem." Chloe says.

"Oh, shut up, Chloe! It's your fault we're even here!" I say.

"You wanna fight, Seth? Bring it!" She says and gets in my face.

I shove her into the wall. She hits it with a thud. "Save it. We'll deal with this later." I say coldly.

Firefly shows no emotion, although she's probably glad I just did that. Chloe glares at me and sits as far away from me as she can. I do the same.

Rick sighs. "You two are hopeless. Now, if we can act our age, then maybe we'll get out of this hellhole." He looks from me to Chloe. "Ok, so," Rick talks strategy for about an hour.

(I'm not telling you our game plan.)

When Chloe and I are back in "our" room, we start fighting again.

"Why did you shove me into the wall? I didn't do anything!" Chloe yells.

"You're the one who got up in my face!" I yell back.

"Why'd you even come get me? I could've done this alone! But no! You're too worried about me!"

"If it wasn't for me, then you'd be wandering in this hellhole forever! You'd die or be killed by something else!"

"No I wouldn't! And, if I remember correctly, I'm the one who got me out of that prison!"

"If I wasn't here, then you'd just be captured again! You wouldn't have had anywhere to go!"

She draws her sword and is ready to strike. I unsheathe my daggers. If she wants a fight, then so be it.

"You're going down." Chloe says in a deadly tone.

"You're on." I say.

Our fight begins.

Chloe tries to slice my hand but I'm faster. (My hurt arm has healed by now.) I block it and shove her to the ground. Then I run outside. She's after me like a bullet. I turn around and strike her.

She staggers a bit but regains her balance within seconds. She kicks me and I fall to the ground. She's on top of me, ready to strike. Would she really kill me? I don't want to find out. I shove her off me and wait.

"Come on! Fight like you mean it!" I yell at her.

She charges at me and I fly into the wall. My head hits it pretty hard. It hurts, but I ignore the pain. I stagger as I get up, and then I see her. I put my daggers up and get out my bow and arrows. I aim and fire. Chloe's pinned to the wall in seconds. I walk over to her; she's completely defenseless.

"This fight is over." I say.

I take the arrow out of her shirt and she drops to the ground. As I walk away, she charges at me again. What does she not understand about "This fight is over"? I grab her arms and put them behind her back. Now I have her in a "cop hold," (the way they hold people who are hand cuffed) except this time, there are no handcuffs.

"Let go of me, Seth!" She says.

I let go and pin her to the wall; only this time, I use my hands instead of an arrow.

I look her in the eye. "I said that this fight is over."

She looks away. "Fine. Just...just let me go."

I let her go. I walk back into our room and pack my stuff. I'm not staying here any longer. It's time to leave.
