Aurora's POV

The other day at the water park was fun, but I haven't spoken to John since. Summer is approaching, and I hope I will get to spend some time with him.

SIDE NOTE:// I have decided to change the time period to the end of Junior year, around May so that I can possibly write a sequel, and include chapters about summertime! Aurora moved to this place in January, so she has only been here for five months!

May has always been an exciting month for me: my birthday is on the eighteenth, summer is coming, and spring is in full swing. School has been going by dreadfully slow, and today is no exception. After hitting snooze a few times, I looked at the clock and realized that it was 6:50! John usually picks me up at seven, so I only had ten minutes to get ready for school. I don't know how I did it, but I flew around my house faster than a cheetah and ran outside to wait for my ride. When John rolled up in his car, I smiled and opened the door.

"Morning stranger!" I grinned at him.

"Good morning to you," he replied.

"Ready for an exciting day at school?" I asked sarcastically

"Ready for an exciting day at school?" I asked sarcastically.

"I can't wait," he laughed with me.

"Ok, so I want you to meet some of my friends." John suddenly blurted.

"Haven't I already met them all?"

"There's more," he chuckled to himself.

Bring it on, I can do this.

AN:/ Sorry this chapter was short! I just wanted to add a filler chapter before I started getting to the good stuff! Please help me decide on which actors to cast for this book in the Cast List!
