"Well you see..."

"I... might have misunderstood Kuroko... I was an idiot to think that he'd like me... I..." you trailed off while wiping away your tears

"You fell in love with him didn't you?" With a smile, Lux pats your back

"I don't know how it happened... this is my first time falling in love..." you muttered.

Lux let out a sigh and stood up

"Try thinking about it before you jump into conclusions, you might be surprised with what you'll know" with a small smile she walks away with the blonde, probably to head to a pastry shop nearby

"Think about it huh..."

'I might have gotten carried away...' You rolled to your side and glanced at the wall and slowly fell asleep

The next day you came to school with dark circles underneath your eyes

"You look awful today" Lux commented making you hit her arm

"Here, I hope it will make you feel better" she places a small container with a (flavor) cake inside

"Thank you"

During break time, the teacher asked you to carry a few papers to the teacher's room but on your way there-
 
"(L/n)-san"

"Oh I forgot I had to do something-"

"Please wait (L/n)-san" he takes a hold of your wrist and his blue eyes scanned your face

"Your eyes... are you okay?" He asked your face flushed red

"I'm okay! I have to go!" You pulled your hand back and walked past him, not noticing the look on his face as you walked by

"Chamomile tea... is good for swollen eyes" he muttered before you were out of earshot

Later on you went to water the flowers that have already bloomed

"You're all so lucky... that Kuroko loves you..." you smiled and stood up to finish up

"(L/n)-san?" Kuroko blinked as he walked closer to you

"A-ah, I finished up here now... if you'll excuse me-" you picked up your things and attempted to walk past him

"Please wait, did I... do something to wrong?"

"Sorry I have to go..."

'I ran away again... how can I follow Lux's advice when I keep running away?' While thinking and walking, you ended up visiting a certain flower shop

"Oh! You came to visit again, I'm so happy!" The old woman smiled as she stopped watering her flowers

"Oh your eyes! Come inside, I'll prepare you something for that" she ushered you inside and made sit while she went to the kitchen

"Here. A towel soaked in chamomile" she gently placed it on your eyes and made you sight in relief

"It feels so good... you and your husband... got along right? Did you guys ever fight?" You asked as you tilted your head back and your shoulders sunk in relief

"Of course we did, it's a part of a relationship. But in the end we would always make up" She smiled fondly, and stood up

"Did you and Tetsuya fight?" She asked making you panic and shake your head. She laughed and took a bouquet of flowers

"So this is where you went" Kuroko stated as he entered the place

"S-Sorry I have to go now!" You placed the towel on the table and ran. You stopped once you reached the park. You let out a sigh and sat on the swing

"You need to stop running away from me (L/n)-san" you jumped as you heard someone speak beside you. It was Kuroko

"What? But how?" You asked, he simply pointed to an alley

"Shortcut." He said, you then tilted your head as you saw him hiding something behind him

"(L/n)-san, here" he handed you the bouquet of red and white crysanthemum that he was hiding

"W-what?"

"I love you and it's the truth (L/n)-san. I am loyal to you alone" he said, averting his gaze, his cheeks turned to a light shade of pink as he held out the bouquet for you.

"Kuroko... "with a grin you took the bouquet. You pulled the collar of his uniform and quickly pressed your lips  on his

"Thank you, Tetsuya"

"I told you so. Now, you owe me a blueberry cheesecake"

"Ugh. Whatever you midget"

"I am a very tall midget."

"Do you do admit it"

"I do not!"

"Midget"

"Gandalf."

"What? Wait don't you walk away from me!"
