You didn't know it yourself to why you kept on giving Kise chances. Maybe because during middle school you both were happily dating.

"I can't really tell him huh?" You asked to yourself as you stared at your cieling

"I can't feel anymore..." You put an arm to cover your eyes as you slowly thought about what went wrong

"Was my love not enough for him?" You muttered as your middle school memories ran through your head

"..." Unconciously you fell asleep. When you removed your arm from your eyes, you immediately reacted

"This... Isn't my room" You glanced around and saw a familiar figure looking down

"Even in my dreams you haunt me?" You stared at him with a cold smile, your eyes trailed to his hand which had a red string attached to one of his fingers

"Please go away..." You closed your eyes and took deep breaths before opening your (e/c) orbs no longer seeing the blonde

You lifted your hand and saw a similar red string attached to your finger

"I... Can't really get rid of you huh?..." You muttered as you walked for a while then you saw some sort of a door, you being curious you went in

"This is just a dream anyway" You reassured yourself

Immediately you were greeted by a house full of mirrors, your eyes widened and saw a clown mask on your reflection, along with a long white dress

As if in reflex you turned around to escape your reflaction only to see more mirrors, you tried running away but it was like a maze. There was no way out

"Maybe... Maybe if I forget about Ryouta... I'll be able to face myself normally again..." You covered your eyes and sat down in the middle of all those mirrors. Refusing to glance up and see how much of a foolish coward you had become

"How can Ryouta keep up his facade?... I envy him" You muttered as you buried your face into your arms

"To think that he was the one who used to make me laugh... It's why I liked him in the first place" You chuckled before sadly smiling and closing your eyes

All of a sudden you heard footsteps and they stopped in front of you. You opened your eyes and slowly raised your head

In front of your face was a hand extended out to you. You raised your head more to see Ryouta smiling at you

'Stop this... I don't want to feel anymore...' You plead to yourself as you continued staring at the male before you with tears gathering in the corner of your eyes

Meanwhile inside Kise's head he was having the same dream, his hand extended out to you

'Is this... What (F/n)-cchi really thinks about me now? The truth ssu?' He thought, he tried opening his mouth to ask you but the mere thought of what your answer may be scared him.

Without waiting for your response he took your wrist and pulled you along, both of you were running barefoot until you reached a table

Without a word you sat on the opposite sides, on the table was a serving of Montblanc, one of the desserts you both used to enjoy

"Montblanc..." You muttered as you took some with your fork and ate it, Kise did the same.

By now the both of you should have been gushing about how sweet it was and probably feed each other but you dropped your fork and stared at the Montblanc

'It's... Not sweet as I used to remember' The both of you thought as your eyes met

Right now Kise was in front of you. All these words ran through your head but none came out. As Kise stood up to walk over to you, his hand reaching out

You opened your mouth to say something but everything faded and your eyes opened to reality

"Morning already?" You groaned and stared at the cieling again

When you got to school you walked past Kise's classroom once again, this time his mini audience was asking him 'What ifs'

"Kise-sama! What if (L/n) takes a hit for you? What would you do?"The girl asked

"Honestly, it would be better for her to die right before my eyes" Kise answered

His answer made your stomach turn as you walked away unaware of the next words that came out of his mouth

"Don't worry (F/n)-chan, I'm sure that's not all he says. Why not ask him?" Luxe gave your back a pat making you sigh

"I hope so but..."

"Look I know you're scared but you've been feeling lonely for a month now. You guys need to talk some things out for reassurance and closure." He reassured you then his head perked up at a familiar voice

"(F/n)-cchi~"

"Let's go to the cafe on Saturday~ wait for me at the park okay?" He wrapped his arms around you making your breath hitch

"Kise, she can't breathe" Luxe pointed out as he turned the page of his book

"Wahh! Sorry (F/n)-cchi!" He let go of you and gave your head a peck before running off

"I'll wait for you ssu!"
