Chris,

Lani pulled into my driveway and parked like she was expecting me to get out. I pulled out my phone and continued to sit there.

"Um....are you gonna get out?" She asked impatiently.

"I thought I said I wanted to talk about our relationship." I reminded her and she sighed.

"I'm listening." She started to play with her nails.

"Why did you hesitate when you was introducing me to yo manager?" I said referring to earlier. I peeped that but I didn't want to speak on it then.

"What you mean?" I knew she knew exactly what I was talking about.

"When you introduced me to that Stephanie Chick you hesitated to say boyfriend." I reminded her. She looked at me with a short pause.

"Because Chris, I don't know if I want to do this. I need some time to think about this....us. I love you to death but I hate how disrespectful you are. Every time I get mad at you, you start talking about how your the one providing for me. Well now you dont have to." She said tearing up.

I knew I fucked up, but Lani frustrates me so fucking much. She doesn't listen and she always make it like I'm doing shit wrong purpose.

"I'm sorry for what I said, we both know your a great mom but you piss me off sometimes Lani. I haven't thought of another bitch since I've been with you and that's saying so much. You can't just give up on us over this." I pleaded with her.

She looked at me shaking her head. I could not lose Lani. Not like this. At first I thought she would come back when she wanted then I saw that she didnt. She deadass serious.

"Just give me time. I'll call you when I make it home." She said unlocking the door. I nodded pecking her lips. I got out the car and said bye to the twins then waited for her to pull off before I went inside.

Lani,

Did he really think I was gonna run into his arms like it never happened? I mean I kinda wanted to honestly, but I need him to know that I don't sit around depending on him all day.

If it ever came down to it I'm very capable of providing for myself and my kids. The sooner he sees that the better off we'll be.

When I got back to my place I got the twins inside and situated then texted Chris letting him know we had made it.

"You want a bath stink?" I said to Legend while undressing him and Liberty. I kissed their cheeks putting them in their baby baths. They were getting so big so fast and I hated it.

"You look like your daddy." I mumbled to him while washing Liberty's hair. She was starting to be bigger than Legend. The doctors took her off the machine so now she's healthy.

"I'm selfish I want you all to myself I swear you don't need nobody else I swear," I sung to them finishing up their bath. I got them out the tub and wrapped in their towels taking them to my bedroom laying them on the bed.

"Libby!!" I squealed tickling Liberty. She giggled squirming around and I smiled. I was no where near being close to a bad mom, but yet I always replay what Chris said everyday.

"I love y'all and I would kill anyone for y'all..." I trailed off kissing them again. They were my life.

After I got them dressed for bed I fed them again and laid them both in their own cribs. This was day one of teaching them to sleep alone. They were used to either sleeping together or with me.

"Goodnight babies." I left their door open a little and walked out going to my room. I took a quick shower then went straight to bed not bothering to put on clothes.

Chris,

"Man getcho ass up!" Ty yelled busting in my room. I threw my pillow at him and turned over.

"Nah, let me sleep." I mumbled to him.

"Get the fuck up." He snatched the cover off of me. It's been two days since Lani told me she didnt know if she wanted to be with me and it's like I couldn't function no more.

I been in the house for the past two days and haven't even bothered to take a shower. I couldn't even if I wanted to.y mind was blank.

"You can't sleep all damn day. Instead of being sad about this shit you need to be proving to her that you want her." He said leaving out the room. He annoyed me with that smart shit. "And get yo stankin ass in the damn shower mutha fucka!" He yelled.

I sat up squinting my eyes from the brightness and forced myself to the bathroom. I took a long ass shower and brushed my teeth then got dressed.

"Happy now nigga?" I asked going into the living room where he was. He smiled nodding.

"Finally you got out that nasty ass room. You need Lani cause this house os falling apart." He said and I stuck my middle finger up at him.

"Whatever. Imma show up at her house. It's not even 12 yet so she most likely there." I grabbed my keys and phone. "Lock my shit up when you go." I closed the door behind me and got in my car heading for Lani new crib.
