Zuri's P.O.V
Counting down on my fourteenth day of being in some hotel with my daughter all alone, I was slowly growing into depression.
Avery had stopped by over a billion times wanting to see Aasiyah, which I allowed considering the fact that he is her father but that was all.
We haven't once said one word to one another.
I was hurt an' there was no trust between us anymore.
Today I made plans on heading over to his Gramma's house since I'd be moving back go Miami within a month.
They were all against it, including him but he had no say in what I did for me nor my child.

-Making it into Gramma Laura's home after what seemed like one of the longest rides of my life, I sighed feeling a bit relieved.
Driving around an unfamiliar city was such a big headache. Thank Goodness for my iPhone map.
As I made my way out the car an into the back where Siyah laid in her car seat, I gently picked her up while taking a hold of her diaper bag.
As I focused on her while making it towards the house I quickly rung the doorbell while knocking a little.
"It's Zuri!" I heard someone excitedly yell out while quickly opening the door.
"Baby girl!" Gramma Laura brought me into the most comforting hug ever. "Everyone Zuri's here!"
I laughed a little at her excitement along with Nicki who seemed to be enjoying my presence.
"What's up girl." I brought her into a hug before taking a seat in the living room area.
"She's getting so big." I turned to the sound of Bianca's voice.
"Yeah." I simply spoke not wanting to get into anything with her.
"Avery told us that she turned two months today?" Brittany questioned.
"You two let her breathe." Gramma Laura joked. "Gone an' take a seat, you think she want y'all asses hovering over her?"
Nicki an' I laughed a little as both girls rolled there eyes at their Gramma.
"Bianca?" Gramma Laura called out. "Don't you have something that you'd like to get off your chest?"
As I held onto Siyah's little body I smiled a little, only being able to see Avery in her face.
"I'm sorry." I looked up as she began to speak not expecting what was said. "I was wrong for judging you not knowing you or where you came from."
"It's okay." I sighed lightly feeling a bit relieved. "You guys are like family now, no matter what happens between Avery an' I. He'll always be her father and she'll always be apart of this family."
