A Little Help

Like yesterday they both eat breakfast in silence. Both have no idea how to start up a conversation without remembering the incident last night. Jongin's not really shy about his body but exposing yourself to someone you just met a day ago is not something he should be proud of. Soojung on the other hand now have a mental image of Jongin's naked body that she can't get out of her mind no matter what she does. It could be partly because it's her first time to see such manly body.

So they ended up eating in silence.

She's the first one to finish her food. She got up and placed her plates at the sink then she went back to her room quietly.

She sighed. She didn't realized that having someone other than family is hard to live under the same roof. It's more troublesome than she thought.

Soojung had finished her bath. She went straight to her room and started drying her hair using the towel that she had wrapped at her body.

Then without warning her door opened revealing a shocked Jongin.

"Ahhhhhh!" they both screamed again.

Soojung quickly wrapped herself with the towel. Jongin's eyes are wide open. Then he realized he should not be seeing what he is seeing right now so at the last minute he turned his head away from her nakedness.

"Pervert! What are you doing here?!"

"W-Well ... I ah .... uhm ahh I just wanted to ah .. say that I ah ... I'm-I'm going out."

'Fuck! Why am I stuttering?!' he cursed himself.

"Ever heard of knocking?!"

"I didn't know you were .... n-naked!" he shouted. The image of Soojung's naked body is fresh on his memory, it keeps on playing at his mind making his body feel hot.

"Stupid! You could have just shouted, you know. No need to enter my room."

"Don't worry I'll remember it next time.... I uh ... ."

"We need to stop walking on each other. We have to make house rules."

"Huh!?"

"Rule No.1 - When one is entering a room, one should announce it first." she said.

"What?!"

"And the person inside should also announce i-if ... if he or she is indecent or something."

"What kind of stupid rule is that?!

"That's just one. I'll make some more later."

"Whatever. I have to go." then he closes the door of her room while still facing the other way. Soojung even heard him say 'How troublesome' before going away.

She let out a sigh. "What am I thinking, letting him live with me?"

Now their dinner is torture. Neither is speaking nor even looking at one another. The recent events had made them quite embarrassed so eating in silence is the only option.

But before they finish Jongin broke the silence. "I'll be able to pay now."

"What?" Soojung looked up, confused.

"Got a job downtown."

"Really?"

"Ha! You seemed surprised. Am I not allowed to work?"
