The Last Battle

"They took the bait my lord."

A man in hooded cloak reported as he kneels in front of his superior.

"Are you positive?" responded the man seating on a thrown. The room is too dark but a single ray of sunlight can be seen directly shining down the thrown illuminating the man seating on it.

"Yes, my lord. Their troops are marching down the Demon Desert as we speak." says the hooded man.

"And Sooyeon?"

The hooded man raised his head up but his face is covered with a mask. "I didn't see him with them, my lord. Sehun is leading the group but they carry a carriage. I believe Sooyeon's the passenger but I will have to confirm that first once they arrived at the Demon Desert."

"Very well. Stick to the plan. Report immediately once you have seen her." the man in the thrown said. His voice reek with excitement.

"Yes, my lord." then he disappeared.

"Let's start the show, shall we?"

Jung Army arrived at the edge of Demon Desert. Chanyeol announces their arrival. The enemy's army watch as the JA set up their camp. As expected no attacks had took place. Each party had not made any move to start a pending fight.

Once the camp for Sooyeon was done, Sehun personally informs Sooyeon about this and escorted her from the carriage and into the camp. Once inside the camp, Sooyeon turned a sand hour glass seating at the middle of the table. It was set five minutes. That is the time they will have to wait until a firework will be released from the Headquarters. Five minutes long of waiting. It will only take five minutes before the new era will begin. So for now they have to wait and let Jongin's plan take place.

Back at the Headquarters, Soojung stands guard at the main entrance at the front gates. She scans the surrounding but not as a lookout, she's standing there to make sure the enemy knows she was left behind.

A smile formed at the corner of her mouth when she saw a fire pointed arrow fly across the sky and into her, barely missing her foot.

It's time.

Soojung ran inside the Headquarters alerting of the attack as the enemy's army charge at the entrance, destroying the wooden gates.

Soojung reached the meeting room. Jongin opened the door for her. "They're here."

"Right on time." he said with a smirk. He grab Soojung's hand and run with her to the secret passageway where they had entered the first time they arrived at the Headquarters. They reached the small house in seconds, run outside and joined the rest of the JA who are all hiding surrounding the Headquarters. They watch as hundreds of Yansoo's men invade the Headquarters. They can hear the battle cry and the continued exchange of attacks from the enemy and the "JA".

"They're buying it." Junmyun whispers.

"Course they are. They're as dumb as Yansoo. And also Jongdae here did a very good job with those puppets turned us." says Hyeran.

Jongdae whose squatting behind Junmyun, scratching his nape and blushing from being praised from his work.

"Shows not over yet. Look who's here." Jongin pointed at the new arrives.

Soojung clenches her fists upon seeing the face of the man he hated the most.

"Chanyeol's right, he's not really at the Demon Desert." says Dara.
