He's The Spy

It was the day before the duel.

Jung's Army are ready to any possible attack from the enemy since the day Sooyeon answered Yansoo's duel invitation. Since then the whole kingdom has been quiet. Not a single fight or commotion had took place. This very reason had made the whole JA to be more alert.

"It's today, I'm sure of it." says Sehun.

Troops had been stationed at the four entrances of the Headquarters. JA had made numerous plans and strategies come the battle. Any minute the enemy's army can come and start the battle so everyone is already in their places carefully observing the surroundings for any sign of attack.

"Someone's coming!" Baekhyun shouted, he's at the highest point at the gates.

Everybody readied their weapons.

"Hold your fire! It's Baem!" Baekhyun announces, eyes glued to his binoculars.

Baem came to view and everybody relaxed. He entered the gates and went straight to Captain Minseok.

"Captain, ...the enemy's camping ...at the edge of ...Demon's Desert." Baem said in between pants.

"I see.."

"Is Yansoo there?" Yixing asks.

"Yes. He arrived by a carriage. I saw him enter the camp they had set up for him. Their army's huge. I've never seen so many knights in one place. And worse is they are not just Silla knight."

"What?!" shrieks Sehun.

"I saw their flags. Yansoo got knights from the Yuan dynasty!" Baem exclaimed.

"That bastard! I knew he wouldn't honor this stupid duel!" says Sehun.

"What are we going to do now? Should we launch an attack?" Kyungsoo asks.

"No."

They all looked at Sooyeon.

"Ready the squads. We're making a camp at Demon Desert."

Loud clutter of swords, bow and arrow, knives, spears and daggers can be heard throughout the entire headquarters. Revolutionists were running all over the place getting ready.

Then there's one whose also running but not to get ready.

"Baem!"

Jongin shouted to him as he gets near him. They were a few meters outside the Headquarters. Jongin secretly followed Baem when he saw him sneak out of the Headquarters.

Baem stopped in his tracks and turned to face Jongin.

"Jongin"

"Are you heading back to the Demon Desert before us?"

"Ah yeah! Captain Minseok ordered me to stay at my station until you guys arrive."

"I see." Jongin walked to his side, hands in his pocket, eyes never leaving Baem's.

"Baem.. Do you know where Chanyeol is?"

"No idea." then he started laughing. "You know Chanyeol, if he found someone who's willing to listen to his ridiculous raps he'll be there. Hahahaha!"

"Actually he just returned from his station. Do you have an idea where that is?"

Baem didn't answer.

"Well if you didn't know, Chanyeol is also stationed at the Demon Desert too. In fact the two of you have the same report ..but.. with little differences."
