Firstly, I'd put the UK on wheels and sail us to the Caribbean so that we'll get better weather

Then I'd steal everyone's gnomes in the middle of the night and put them in the woods so they can be free

All University Tuition fees for women would be free as we are strong believers in Female intuition. (Due to gender equality laws we would include males as well)

I'll create a MEGA CAR WASH by punching holes in the Channel Tunnel
