44: Prom.

Amelia Greene's Pov

"OH MY GOD." Hannah gaped at me and I tucked a strand of my hair behind my ear smiling at her gaping form.

"So?" I asked waiting for her to say something.

"So? You're buying this. We will match and also you look so beautiful." Hannah clapped her hands excitedly.

"Okay, I love this too." I agreed looking at me in the mirror.

Hannah grinned, her eyes gleamed with happiness. "I'll go out now. We are buying this." She said walking out of the trail room. I quickly changed back and walked out with the dress in my hand.

We were shopping for our prom dress because prom was the next day, we were in a hurry to find our dress and after what felt like eternity we found our dresses.y

"Let's pay for these dresses." Hannah linked our arms and grabbed her dress in her hand and my dress in my hand.

"I'm hungry." I whined after we had paid for our dresses.

"Let's go eat then." Hannah pulled me towards the direction of the food court and I happily followed her.

We waited in line to order our food, we ordered what we want then took our food tray and sat down on a vacant table.

"I can't believe our high school year is almost over." Hannah said munching on her food. I hummed in agreement , mouth filled with pizza.

"We didn't really talk about it because I always knew we would end up in the same college." Hannah paused and drank her coke. "But what college did you applied to?" Hannah asked curiously.

"I applied in a couple of colleges and also the ones we always wanted to get in." I answered her. I was pretty confident I would get in, in either one of them.

"Yale and Caleberg university (non-existent university)." Hannah said grinning widely. "Me too I applied in Caleberg and Yale and some other colleges just to be in a safer side." Hannah's grin slipped off her face and she said in somewhat serious tone. "I just hope I get selected in either Caleberg or Yale."

I kept my hand on top of hers and squeezed it reassuringly. "We have worked hard for it so we will get in." I gave her a reassuring smile trying to have faith in our hard work.

"What about Ryan?" I asked Hannah and she grinned at me.

"He applied in all the colleges that I had. He said he will join in whatever college I join." Hannah gushes making me smile at her happy state.

"What about Zander?" Hannah asked curiously. "I'm sure they are all gonna apply in the same college" Hannah said referring to Zander, Ryan (Harris), Kyle and Dylan.
