Chapter 40

"Mark what are you doing?" I laughed at the sight I was seeing. Mark was halfway under Ruby's bed.

"I'm getting Ruby's toys out from under here." He said. I laughed.

"Why didn't you make her do it?"I said leaning on the door frame.

"She said there was a spider under here. But honestly... HOLY SHIT A SPIDER!" Mark came flying out from under the bed so fast. I leaned over laughing. "Stop laughing."

"But it was funny!" I laughed.

"That spider was right next to my face." Mark yelled. I turned away from him
And went to continue to pack up some of the kitchen appliances that I was going to take with me. I told Rocky that I was going to leave him most of the stuff for him. I just wanted a few things. When I was done I sat the boxes by the door that Rocky and Apollo were taking stuff down to the trailer. I walked back into Ruby's room, which was the only room left to pack. Mark had all her toys finnaly packed and Ruby was sitting on her bed mad.

"What are you doing bug?" I asked her.

"Daddy's being mean!" She yelled.

"What did I do?" Mark asked turning around and looking at her.

"You're takin my toys!" She yelled. Mark walked over to her and kneed down in front of her.

"Sparky I'm taking your toys to the new house." Mark told her. She looked up at him pouring.

"Bug will it make you happy if I beat him up for taking your toys?" Mark snapped his head towards me and swung his arms out to his side. Ruby nodded. I walked over to mark and pushed him over. He started laughing. "Is this funny to you?" I kneed down by him and faked punch him. Mark still laughed. Ruby then jumped on mark and started hitting his chest. Mark still laughed and picked Ruby up. She started giggling. I stood up and picked up a few of the boxes and took them to he living room.

"FREiND!" I turned around and saw Ethan and Tyler standing by the door. Ethan ran over to me and gave me a hug and then I went and gave Tyler a hug.

"I thought you guys were gonna wait at Marks tell we came over with the U-Haul?" I asked.

"Mark wanted some help moving the beds." Tyler replied. I nodded my head.

"Well all that's left in my room is my bed and mattress. Let me just go get mark. So that you and mark can take the bed while I steal Ethan to help finish packing Ruby's stuff." I walked into Ruby's room and saw mark holding a box in his arms.

"Hey babe." He gave me a quick kiss on the lips.

"Ethan and Tyler are here." I told him.

"Took them long enough." Mark said walking passed me and into the living room. I heard muffled talking while I went back to packing.

"Alright I got a box what do I pack?" I turned around and say Ethan with a box on his head.

"Well not you, we still need you to pack." I laughed. He took the box off and smiled at me.

"Then what to i pack?" He asked.

"The bottom of her closet start throwing toys in the box." I said.

"No that's my stuff!" Ruby yelled.

"Then come in help me." Ethan said with a smile. Ruby giggled and ran to her closet to help pack.

"Wow she is actually helping pack instead of complaining." I joked.

After we finished packing Ruby's room I walked out with a box in my hand and placed it down by the door. Mark and Tyler just walked into the apartment. "Beds are now in he truck." Tyler said. We then heard a bunch of laughing and the Ethan walked out with Ruby on his back.

"I got a monkey on my back." Ethan laughed. Ruby started laughing and he put her on the floor.

"So are we all packed up?" I asked.

"Just need these two boxes." Mark said.

"Alright. I need to go talk to candy." I said. "And I'll be taking my car."

"Alright. I'll have Ethan take my car with Ruby in the back and I'll take the u-haul." Mark said.

"Ok. I got to go right now." I gave him a kiss and grabbed my keys. "I'll see you guys at the house." J walked over to Rockys room and knocked on the door. "I'm leaving!"

The door flew open. "Alright, just make sure you come by and see me." He said giving me a hug.

"I will and thanks for helping today. And can you tell Apollo thank oh when he wakes up." I looked over at Apollo who was sleeping on he bed.

"I will." he said.

"Alight got to go." I walked out of the apartment and straight to my car. When I pulled up to the dinner I walked in and saw Candy standing behind the counter. I took a seat in front of her and gave her a smile.

"What can i get ya?" She asked.

"Actually I came here to tell ya something." I told her.

She raised a eyebrow at me, "go on."

"I'm quitting." She looked shocked for a second then smiled.

"How come?" She asked.

"I'm moving in with mark and I have decided that I'm going to be a stay at home mom." I said. "and hopefully take a few college classes and get my degree in graphic design."

"Well good. You've been wanting to do that for a long time." She said. "I'm glad you're doing it." She gave me a warm smile.

"I know." I said.

"Just don't be a stranger, and you come and see me." She said.

"And me too, come on I'm the one hat introduced you to her in the first place." Jac said.

"Ugh do I have too?" I joked.

"Yes, god!" He smiled and went back to cooking.

"Well I have to go." Mark and the guys are moving the stuff into marks house and that can go wrong really fast." J laughed. Candy started to laugh.

"Alright have fun." She said and I got up and left wavering bye on my way out.
