Once me and everybody else arrived back in England a few months ago, it's been absolutely manic. I've had interviews with every single TV show you can think of, which I absolutely love, but it's tied swimming training up a lot.
Me and Joel have actually become quite serious, and we're in a public relationship as everyone knows we're dating.
Quite a few times, me and Joel have walked out of a club or a pub or someone else's house and had to walk down the road together protected by security as there are cameras waiting to get pics of us all the time.
I have my own security guard now!
Me and Joel have actually decided to move in together into a house of our own as I was living with Jazz and Joel was living in a little flat he shared with one of his mates. Our new house is actually incredible (pictured above).
It's pretty modern with a massive set of glass windows and a huge driveway and indoor pool too, great for training actually.
Our bedroom is amazing as well.

However, as our house is made of glass, people can see in as much as we can see out. Our house is gated, so not many people can enter, but someone hacked our security cameras and took a video of something they shouldn't have.
I'll tell you when I figured it out.
About a month ago, I came home from the gym whilst Joel was on a comedy tour. We hadn't seen each other much as his tour started four days once we arrived back in England. He had 3 weeks off during his tour which was when we moved into the new house and sorted everything else out, so I guess that it was pretty sudden.
Anyway, Joel came home for those three weeks after two weeks on tour, and we settled in and unpacked and such. The night that he was scheduled to go off again, and as it was the last time I would see him for a while, we made love.
Obviously, being so close and revealed and personal is a moment to be spent between the two of us, and it is weird doing it with glass everywhere because it's so open.
However, when we were 'busy', someone must have seen the footage and recorded it. When Joel left the next morning I found it really hard to have to leave him again.
"I love you Connie, no matter what." Joel will always tell me every time he leaves me.
"I love you too Joel." I say, before we are separated again. And so far, that is all our life has been like.
Anyway, a week after, I came home from the gym and checked my twitter account. The news of our video had leaked, and it had reached the front page of the news paper. Just looking at the picture printed in the paper showed everything it needed too.

I looked up the video and of course found it pretty quick. It showed us having it off, but obviously I had no idea until Joel called me up from his dressing room in Manchester to tell me it had reached the dodgy sites.
I was devastated. Every single interview I had from then on, they always brought it up.
But anyway, we have been reunited, and our lives have been so separated. Even though Joel isn't working as much now, he still does gigs once a week, as well as I'm training most of the day every day.
It is really hard to see each other. But this is the last few years this is happening because I'll be retiring after the next Olympic Games. So yeah, that's alright I guess.
But we still try and spend every minute we can together. And we love each other to much to let each other go.
We just have to make it work.

It is hard, but we have to make it work. We do because I love Joel Dommett, and he loves me.
