New Year Special Chapter!

January 1 was just 3 days away and Christmas was just finished in different types of households in Union Mega Float and the Union Continent. The Union Academy was also out for the school break until January 15. Yes, silly as it may be but that's how long is their break starting from December 18 up to January 15.

Despite everything, the Union Classroom members and Special Students went home to their respective families and prepared to celebrate by themselves.

Winter also started a few weeks ago, it covered the whole city with white falling snow, making the place a winter wonderland. The air in the city was colder it wasn't a breeze. Stores closed early than usual doe to storms but the cherry and peaceful vibe was still there. It wasn't unavoidable, they were in a floating city after all, they experience different weather conditions all the time and they feel twice of it rather than the people living in continents.

In the snowy morning in the Knight Family's First Estate, Kyoya just woke up from his deep sleep. He slept rather early around 8 o'clock in the evening. Yawning lightly and fluttering his eyes open, he heard his phone on the side, ringing in a very obnoxious tone that could wake up the whole neighborhood- like the Knight family had neighbors.

Kyoya sighs and clicked his tongue. "Tsk."

He took his phone and opened it to answer the call. His sleepy eyes stared at the dialer. His eyes shot open when he saw the name of the dialer. It was his obnoxious best friend that was a half French and Japanese who was obsessed with elegance and beauty.

Kyoya had no choice but to answer it instead. "What do you need Tamaki?"

Pissed off, Kyoya grabbed his eyeglasses from his nightstand. He had to endure the voice of his friend for now. Glancing at the clock, already 10:30 am in the morning, Kyoya may make a record of enduring hearing his friend for a hour or two.

"Kyoya! We missed you! The whole club does! When will you come back- No! When will you visit us?!!!" His bestfriend, Tamaki asked as he exclaims on the phone.

Kyoya rubs his temples and answers. "It might take a long time Tamaki, and Im quite busy. I'll try after Kaye's birthday next year, maybe?"

"Next year???!!!! What nooo! I thought you'll visit Japan last Christmas bit it seems you were busy too. The club isn't anymore the same without you!" Tamaki groans in disappointment.

"I'm not forgiven, am I?" Kyoya chuckles.

"No you're not. This would be our first New Year not being together. I was even looking forward to it."

"If I'll go visit for 3 days and comeback right away for my cousin's birthday?" He raises a brow to the half french and Japanese.

"Hmmm..." Tamaki was in a deep thought. "You're forgiven!"

"By January 3 then. I'll ask my aunt and uncle for their permission." Kyoya says to Tamaki.

"Alright! By the way did you find someone interesting there? I'm sure you had." Tamaki teased over the phone.

Kyoya snorts, "What are you talking about?" He stands up from his bed to get a scarf and coat just to go out at the veranda. The only thing that greeted him outside was the fresh white snow falling down on different plants, trees in the garden and different buildings.

The cold breeze made him cold. The breeze was not that pleasant as he thought it would be.

"Hmmm... Not even a single person? A special girl maybe like in the pictures you sent me through emails?"

Kyoya flushes red when Tamaki mentioned it. His face was all red not because of the cool winter wind but because of the girl, which was Gail, he thought about that just randomly popped up from his head.
