Its the 14th of February... The day of love and hearts. Its a pity though, I can only receive a heart shaped chocolate- not your heart.
Place: Union Academy, Union Halls
Time: February 14, Friday, 9:00 am
3RD POV
The 14th of February. One of the curse days of the year for Kaye. A curse day of love- that was the thought in her mind as she walks down the hall decorated with red, white and pink valentine decorations. She felt utterly disgusted by the things that surrounded her.
Instead of people making way for her in a fearful manner, most of them didn't even noticed her because of the special day perhaps. The female students giving out chocolates and squealing in delight as their crushes gladly accepted their chocolates. While some hopeful male students didn't received from girls, a pity though- neh, not really. And some male students running away from their fan clubs that was chasing them.
And surprisingly, Kaye had fans of her own -from both male and female peers (lesbians perhaps). She refused to accept anything that came from them and even associate with them.
Grumbling, she finally strolls out from the thick crowded halls and went inside the Union Classroom. There she found her only male cousin in the room, Kyoya reading a thick brown leather covered book and sipping some tea on his desk.
'Typical Kyoya.' Kaye thinks and sat down on her chair, which was beside his.
Kyoya noticed his cousin in an awfully bad mood. He decided to sarcastically greet her.
"You look awfully in a good mood." He glanced at her for a second.
Kaye rolled her eyes. "Of course I am. It is Valentines day." She replied in sarcasm.
"Oh... Did something happen?" He questions.
"Same old things." She replies quickly, as she swiftly gets a cake from her bag. "Nothing really rather than rejecting their poor hearts."
"How cruel, even girls' hearts?"
"They're lesbians, I don't like people like those. Also those men are good for nothing." Kaye scoffs. "So what are you doing here?"
Kyoya smirks and takes a sip from his tea. "What else? Taking refuge." He looked a bit amused.
"Ah, must be hard to be born with that attractive face." Kaye eats a chunk of her cake.
"It really is." Kyoya stops reading and puts his book down. "I get disturbed every time during this time of the year."
"How sad." Kaye chuckles. "At least you are not forced to make Giri Chocolates (1) and arrange the Valentines party later."
Kyoya smirks. "Do you have any Giri chocolate for me?"
Kaye laughs a bit and continues to eat her cake. "Obligatory chocolates (2) only. I'll generously give 3/4 of Liz's obligatory chocolates from me, to you. I'm afraid I'm not going to give her sugar rush."
"That's hell for her if you do." Kyoya says as he is sympathizing for Liz.
"That's the reason why I wouldn't give her too much chocolate bars."
---------------------------------------------------
Gail had no choice but to make Giri Chocolates for most of her female and male friends. Including Kyoya, Akashi, Gareki and Shin.
She made them last night for simple chocolate gifts. Only getting 5 hours of sleep and woke up early just to give them.
She already gave her gifts to Gareki and Shin when they met at the halls. The two boys seemed to be happy with a blush coloring their cheeks about it but somehow disappointed. They thanked her, promising that they would return the favour on white day and they left for club. Gail was left flustered after this.
