Hmm... Things are bound to happen in this school festival. None of us even knows what will happen in the near future. Its just the shadows becoming darker when the light is brighter.

"Let's go there!"
"This is my stall!"
"Sorry. You're expelled."
The school grounds was buzzing quite lively than usual. People flocked from one place to another. It is a school festival after all for 5 days straight. The academy's gates may be opened for all but then again this festival is just another way to expel and test students.
In the sea of faces a certain carnation pink haired girl sprints to the central area of the school grounds. Clarissa tried to avoid hitting some people and to catch anyone's attention. Reaching her destination, a cafe named U.C cafe. It was still closed at the moment.
Clarissa sighs and gets her card to open the black tinted metallic yet somehow clear sliding doors open. She found the cafe's interior simply yet elegant designed, the design complements everything about the cafe starting from its furniture and it's structure. The place was cleaned spotlessly no matter where you look and some lights were turned on.
On the counter Clarissa found one of her friends dressed in her chef uniform and ribbon as she reads a novel and sips the hot chocolate beverage from her mug. Kaye leaned against its sturdy form. Her eyes read the words in the book intently, signalling that she won't stop any time soon.
"Morning Demon Mom Friend." Clarissa greets Kaye in her 'Special nickname', as she went upon the counter.
Kaye didn't dare to make eye contact. She was to focused on the novel that she was reading nevertheless greets Clarissa. She seemed to be not affected by the nickname.
"Morning."
Clarissa hummed and went behind the counter and opens a door that leads to the staff room. She took a glance at Kaye, whom was still reading.
"I'd be at the lockers if you need me. Our shift will end by 10:30 and proceed to the next shift at the Private area." Clarissa informs her.
"Okay. I'll open the cafe then. This store needs customers or we'll be bankrupt." Kaye remarks while she nodds. "I'll call you if we have a customer. "
"Whatever, after you do that refill the pantry with food."
"Hmmm..." Kaye hums and stopped reading her novel. Then she finishes her chocolate beverage after.
She then opens the cafe for today by flipping the 'Close. Sorry' sign to the 'Open. Welcome' sign and let a bit light illuminate the cafe by opening the curtains.

Clarissa POV
I shut the door behind me and looked around the staff room. You might be expecting a place where lockers and tables are found. But sad to say its different.
There are two staff rooms here. The staff room where everyone can take a break freely and the other staff room where they work. Confusing right?
The staff room had doors at the wall, which leads to smaller rooms for us to stay and rest. Like a bedroom that's fully furnished with our things and themes.
I went to my room and changed into a white button shirt, blue jeans, pink rubber shoes and blue vest after I removed my pink blazer and place it in the rack.
