28.
Clenching my jaw, I eyed the man before me quickly. He was holding the gun to me while the other two were walking around, one heading towards the bedroom. I kicked the table, making it hit his kneecaps as a distraction. He fired the first shot just as I moved off the couch. The bullet hitting the window behind the couch and the sounds of broken glass filled the room as I stood behind the first gunmen.
"Dick move, bro." I growled.
I was pissed. Waking a girl up from her sleep? Who does that?
His friend that was behind him, fished out his gun while I kicked the back of the first man's knees. He went down on the rug, having no choice but to from the pressure point I hit, as I grabbed the second gunman's weapon from his hand and fired a bullet to the third man's head as he just opened the bedroom door.
One down, two to go.
The first gunmen turned around quickly and fired his weapon at me. I moved out of the way, dodging the bullet in a instant, but his friend wasn't so lucky.
I spun the gun in my hand, looking down at the second gunmen before looking to the first who's eyes widened at the fact he killed his own partner.
"Pretty sure you weren't suppose to do that." I wagged my finger at him and kicked the gun out of his hand.
In the corner of my eye I saw my phone that was on the table, now on the floor, buzz to life. The vibration from the incoming call vibrated the entire floor underneath my feet. If I can take a guess at who was calling me - I'd say it was my pretty little mind fuck stalker.
"Now you." I pointed at the the remaining man before grabbing him by the neck and tossed him on the couch. As he flew into the back of the couch, it leaned back for a moment before falling back to place as I grabbed my phone that started to buzz again. Of course it was Aiden.
"I'm gonna have to call you back." I said to him quickly, pointing the gun to the man's head.
"Are you okay?"
"Do you think I'd answer the phone if I wasn't?"
The gunman tried to make a move, but I fired a bullet to his shoulder, making him wince in pain.
"I got worried."
"I'm fine." I hissed through my teeth and hung up, putting the phone in my pocket.
The gunmen held his shoulder tightly as he stared at me angrily.
"You know.. for a bunch of assassins, I was expecting more of a fight." I tsked.
"What are you?" He growled, a heavy accent filling his voice.
I wiggled the gun at him, letting out a soft chuckle. "Your friend asked me the same thing before I shot him." I paused. "And ran him over with my car."
He narrowed his eyes at me, a snarl coming out of his mouth.
"He says howdy."
The bedroom door opened, Eric came out slowly and looked around. His hair was all disheveled as he let out a yawn, pausing in the door frame looking at the dead bodies.
"Good, you're up!" I turned to face him. "Go brush your teeth and put your shoes on, we've been compromised."
He finally looked up at me in awe and confusion as he looked to the gunmen on the couch.
"Is he coming with us?" He asked, slightly confused.
I scrunched my face up at him with a scoff. "No." I fired another bullet, this time to his head. His body slumped to the couch as the blood dripped out of the new hole I created. "I was going to play with him a little bit, but now that you're up.." I dismantled the gun and dropped the parts on the rug. " Come on, lets go." I waved my hands towards the bathroom, ushering him along.
