Chapter 11

I walked back into the hospital room to see Zoey sitting up, looking at me.

"They took Mia back to the NICU, I didn't want to wake you, you looked tired." I said walking back to my seat next to her

"Nicole what did you do this time to that man?" She looked at me

"What the hell do you me 'what did I do this time'? With all of the incidents we've had thus far, none of them have been my fault Zoey!" I was so offended

"Nicole that is a good man, I know what happened with your ex, but you have to learn how to trust him."

"Do you like him Zoey?" I asked bluntly, ignoring all she has said thus far

"No... I just think he is very attractive Nic..." she says quietly

"I should've known. That is my boss Zoey, you can't be in a relationship with him" I told her

"I know Nicole damn" She looked away

"How are you feeling?" I smile, changing the subject, "You just had a little girl Zoey! Are you excited?" 

"Yea I guess... I still miss Treven though.." She says

"Zoey let him go for the sake of your child. She needs you to be strong right now." I told her

"Yea... do you mind going to get something to eat, this hospital food is disgusting!" she laughs and I join in

I leave the hospital and head to Chipotle to grab us some lunch, I got Zoey her usual salad and I got a bowl. When I left, I got a call from William,

"Yes Mr. Singe" I answered professionally

"I need you to come by my house, I left some of my things at the hospital with that sexy lady Zoey.." I can hear his smirk, "I left my laptop and its charger. I have a video I need to upload so please bring it by as soon as possible Ms. Evans."

"Yes sir." Was all I said before I hung up and quickly made it to the hospital

I went upstairs and gave Zoey her food and quickly told her what William said about her on the phone. I could see her cheeks turn a light shade of pink as I walked out, telling her I'd be back the next day to pick her up.

I sped down the street to make it to Williams house in a reasonable amount of time. When I got there, I grabbed the laptop bag and walked into the house to see William sitting on the couch with no shirt on, playing a video game. I went over to him and held the bag out in front of me.

"Here you go sir." 

He paused the game and stood up to look at me, "Thank you." He took the laptop and turned to walk away, "Come with me, I need your help filming this video"

I followed him to his in-home studio where lights and audio was already set up with the camera waiting to be used. William walked over to where he would be singing and motioned for me to start recording. His beautiful voice strung out as he sang 'Take You Down' by Chris Brown.. Man did I want to pounce on him...

When he was done, he shooed me out of the room so he could edit his video and whatever the YouTubers have to do nowadays. About an hour later he was done and came back upstairs.

"Thanks Nicole, you can go." he never looked at me

I shrugged and walked out
