Julie sighed and flopped her backpack down on the floor. Today had been exhausting for her. She hated seeing Romeo talking to that girl.
No she just didn't like seeing Romeo. That was it. Rosie could do what she wished, including asking her Romeo out. Romeo could do what he wished too. It didn't matter to her.
Wait had she called him her Romeo?
He wasn't hers and she didn't want him to be. She wanted him to leave her alone... Right?
Maybe he had a point. Maybe she did like to run away from her problems, but only because things were easier that way. If she didn't she would over think things to the point where her brain felt like it was about to explode.
It looked like she was nearly to that point now.
"Whatcha thinking about, Julie?" Hermione asked, curiously. She leaned over her older sister who was lying on the couch looking exhausted.
"I think you mean who are you thinking about. Right, Jules? You're thinking about your boyfriend." Will teased. A pillow was flung in Will's direction, but Will was extremely used to this by now. He caught it and threw it back at his sister.
"If you mean Romeo then you know he's not my boyfriend. He's a jerk." Julie told her siblings, angrily.
"Ooh so you have a different boyfriend?" Will wondered.
"No." Julie growled. "I don't have a boyfriend nor have I ever had one." She sustained from adding, 'And nor will I ever, probably.'
"Aw that's too bad. You and Romeo were cute together." Mione teased. Will left the room, bored of the conversation. Teasing your sister was fun, but he could sense she wasn't in the mood.
Julie glared at Hermione and stomped upstairs.
Siblings: you've got to love them, as in they honestly are the worst sometimes. At least you're stuck with them.
