The next day Julie felt... Relaxed. She felt oddly calm. Perhaps it was because she got a huge weight of her shoulders by trying to work through her problems. She had took her normal seat at her normal table, next to Ivy and Romeo.
All her friends looked at her quizzically. She looked up at them and raised an eyebrow.
"What?" She wondered.
"You seem to be in a good mood." Anthony observed.
"Yep, why wouldn't I be?" Julie wondered.
"Uh so you're no longer mad?" Romeo said hopefully.
"No I am, but I'm getting closer." Julie smiled.
Anthony leaned over to Ivy. "What did you do?"
"Nothing I swear!" Ivy exclaimed.
"You didn't "accidentally" give Julie happy pills, did you?" Anthony wondered cupping his hand over his mouth.
"Anthony!" Julie's smile turned into a death glare.
The table burst out laughing at their friends.
"So anyone get any plans for the coming weekend?" Mark wondered.
Romeo turned red and scratched the back of his head. "Er... I might have something."
His friends knew better than to ask seeing as he didn't elaborate. Julie simply cocked her head in curiosity at the hoodie wearing teen. Normally he was so open about things. She remembered the last time he had kept his mouth shut about something.
"I was planning on going camping with my family." Anthony said.
"Camping? In March?" Eric wondered.
"There's not as big a risk for fire hazards." Anthony shrugged.
His friends thought he was delusional. Julie paid no attention to where the conversation drifted from that point forward. Her mind was set on one lingering question and one lingering question only.
What was Romeo going to do that weekend?
