"I am so excited! I can't believe she'll actually be here! Oh my gosh!" Julie squealed with delight as her and her friends began their camp out.
Romeo couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm. She was just so cute when she was excited. It was infectious.
Ivy set up a chair in line and rolled her eyes at her best friend. "Calm down, Jules. You don't want to look too much like an obsessive fangirl, do you?" She teased.
Julie smiled. "Right, calm might be good. Oops!"
"I can't believe it was only like a month ago when the first movie came out." Anthony stated, stealing the chair Ivy had just set up. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her into the seat with him.
"More like a month and a half." Mark suggested. "To be more accurate."
Eric rolled his eyes. "Nobody cares about accuracy." Then he went back to having his eyes glued to his hand held game.
"So what do you think will happen in the new book?" Julie chirped.
"I bet Jackson dies." Ivy smirked.
"He does not!" Romeo argued.
"Probably does."
"Probably not!"
"Someone probably dies." Anthony suggested. "Maybe Zeke."
"I hope not. And they definitely can't kill Luna." Julie frowned. "Laverna almost definitely dies, right?"
"We'll find out in a couple hours, calm down, Julie." A voice said from behind the group of people.
Romeo glared. Troy Paris was smiling back, waving at the group of friends.
"Oh hey, Troy!" Julie chirped. "You here for the book signing too?"
"Yep! It's a great series."
"I know right?" Julie launched into a conversation with Troy about it immediately. He smiled back, listening and nodding.
"Hold up, Juliet. I'm going to borrow Cameron for a second." Troy replied, after Julie had already started theorizing on the third book.
"I have nothing to say to you." Romeo said, after they had walked out of ear shot.
"Listen I'm not looking to fight." Troy held up his hands in surrender.
"Oh yeah? Wasn't it just last week that you gave me a black eye?" Romeo crossed his arms, still refusing to stop glaring.
"I admit, that probably wasn't the best way to go about it." Troy admitted. "But fighting isn't going to make her like either of us more. So truce?" He held out his hand.
"You hurt her and I swear I will give you more than a black eye. Julie isn't some prize to fight over. Understood?" Romeo snapped.
Troy nodded. Romeo shook his hand. "Alright, truce."
They headed back to the group.
