My eyes drifted open; and I'm met by Calum's brown eyes. I close my eyes again with a smile on my face. "Finally." I open eyes once again, Calum has a big smile on his face. "How long have you been staring?" I ask. "Not long." He shrugs. "Creep." I tease.

"Oh shut up, I know you would stare at this all day."

I roll my eyes and make a disgusted face.

"Rude." He huffs.

His hand reaches my cheek; he then starts tracing his thumb around my cheek as his other fingers rest on my jaw, which causes me to shiver. He leans in placing a kiss on my lips, it wasn't anything sexual, just a sweet and simple kiss. He pulls away from my lips, but places his on my forehead for a moment, then pulls away for good.

"What time is it?" I finally break the silence.

"Around six?"

My eyes almost pop out of my socket. "Oh my god! I've never slept in that late."

"Really?" Calum sounds surprised.

"Well with my mom, she had set bed times and all."

"Even now?"

"Well no, but I'm just use to it by now."I shrug.

"Are you hungry?" Calum asks, changing the subject fast.

"I could use some food."

We finally get out of my comfortable bed and make our down the stairs to my kitchen. "What do you feel like eating?" I ask once we enter.

"What do you have?"

I open my fridge as Calum answers. "Well I have to go grocery shopping." I say as I close the door. Next is the freezer, once that's open I find pizza. Calum grabs it out of the freezer, then proceeds to place it on the oven. "Pizza it is." I say with a smile.

My phone buzzes and lights up indicating I have a text message. I look to see Ashton's name; I unlock my phone.

'Hey, what are you doing tomorrow?'

As I go to answer him, Calum's voice stops me.

"What are you doing?"

"Texting Ashton." As soon as those words leave my mouth his face drops and he suddenly looks angry.

"Why?"

"Because we're friends?" The look on Calum's face looks like I just have slapped him.

"You chose me," he says firmly.

"In the sense of being in a relationship. I still wanna be his friend."

"Well you can't." His jaw proceeds to clench.

"Excuse me?" I snap.

"I can't be with you if you're friends with him."

"And why the fuck not?"

"Because, it's him or me." He crosses his arms over his chest.

"Calum please don't make me choose."

"Choose."

"Why? He's your friend too!" I raise my voice slightly because my patience is starting wear thin.

"He's not my friend, I want nothing to do with him." His voice is laced with disgust.

"He didn't do anything to you." I state.

"Choose, Taylor."

"No."

His jaw clenches, he then lets out a short sigh. "You just did."
