I chewed on my bottom lip as I looked at the book in my hand 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do. Deciding it seemed like an interesting read or at least decent enough to pick up, I found a seat and sat down.
"Mind if I sit here?" Looking up I rolled my eyes when I seen who it was. Going back to the book I figured he would walk away if I ignored him.
I looked up from the book and huffed seeing that Marcus was still standing there. Glancing around I noticed his little girlfriend wasn't lurking behind any shelves. I shook my head before letting a smirk fall in my face.
Mentally strong people don't talk to this dumbass I thought to myself.
"Where's your shadow?" I asked propping my head up on my fist as my elbow rested on the table.
"Ha ha funny" he said before taking a seat across from me. I slowly closed my book and stood up preparing to find another seat.
"Wait! I wanted to talk"
"Shhh" the librarian hissed as she walked past.
"And you just did, congratulations on completing your task" I smiled before walking away. I need to start erasing the negatives in my life and begin mentally preparing my self for the six months I would be be spending locked up after graduation.

"Hi, is Donatavian here with his trainer?" I asked after walking into to rehabilitation center.
"Yeah he's back there, they're finishing up so you can go on back there" the receptionist said making me nod and head to the back.
I rubbed my hands together nervously and prepared myself to see him. I had given him his space but I missed him and couldn't wait any longer. Pushing the door opened I entered to workout area and noticed he and Symone were engaged in a conversation. Slowly making my way over, I stood in front of the two stopping their conversation.
"Hey, can I speak to you alone Dontavian?" I asked not caring too much for Symone's presence. She looked between the two of us before grabbing her crutches so she could leave.
"I'll leave you two to talk" she said.
"Nah you good, sit down" Dontavian said not sparing me another glance. I gave Symone a look pleading for her to leave.
"No I'll just go, we've taken a long enough break" she said before leaving. I silently thanked her for leaving and took a seat next to Dontavian.
"How have you been" I questioned smiling a little since he looked much healthier from last time.
"I wanted to know if you were ready to talk"
"Am I wasting my time? Just let me know and I'll leave you alone" I stared at him waiting for a response but I never got one.
