skulduggery x Valkyrie

truth or dare

This chapter is just a random little one because I need to think of a new idea so I thought I would just put this in as a little random thing. I hope you enjoy it.

Valkyrie sat on the sofa while ghastly and skulduggery talked in the kitchen. Tanith sat crossed legged on the ceiling pouting about how bored she was. "Valkyrie! I'm bored!" Tanith whined again. "For the fourth time. I don't know what to do about that" Valkyrie said exasperated. "Let's play a game" tanith said and flipped to the floor. "Like what?" Asked Valkyrie as she moved so she was now sitting on the edge of her seat. "Well... Truth or dare?" Tanith asked and Valkyrie grinned. "Skulduggery!" "Ghastly!" The girls called.

When they had all sat down tanith looked around and then smirked at skulduggery. "Truth or dare?" She asked.
"Truth"
"Wimp"
"Well you asked"
"Fine. What's your favourite thing about Valkyrie?"
"Ok. Only one?"
"Only one"
"Well then. I guess I love how she never listens to me when I tell her to stay low but she still stands up and gets the bad guy to chase her" skulduggery said and turned to Valkyrie who was smiling to herself. "Aw! Anyway skulduggery, you're up" tanith said and skulduggery nodded. "Ghastly, truth or dare?" Skulduggery asked. "Truth" he mumbled. "Do you love tanith?" He asked and ghastly blushed. Tanith spun around to him and cocked her head. "Yes..." He said slowly and tanith grinned and jumped onto his lap and rapped her arms around his neck. "Truth or dare tanith?" Ghastly asked. "Dare!" She said and smiled. "I dare you not carry your sword around for a whole week!" He said. Tanith pouted and then stood up and hugged her sword. "But she's my baby! I love her as much as skulduggery loves that God damn Bentley!" She whined. "Actually no one loves anything more than I love my darling Bentley. I love her more than anything" skulduggery said.

Valkyrie glared at him, huffed and then turned from him. Skulduggery then whirled around to her "well not as much as I love you! Val! I'm sorry! Please?" He asked frantically. Valkyrie just sulk and moved so she was now sitting on the floor away from him. "Really?" He asked and Valkyrie turned her head and grinned at him. "Valkyrie! Truth or dare?" Tanith asked. "Dare" Valkyrie said and sat back down next to skulduggery and he rapped an arm around her shoulder, bringing her closer to him. "I dare you not you use the bathroom until after 9:30 tomorrow morning" tanith smirked. Valkyrie crossed her legs and nodded "ok" she said.

When they had waved ghastly and tanith out the door, skulduggery and Valkyrie went up to bed. "You want to sleep with me tonight?" He asked and Valkyrie smiled and nodded. They walked into skulduggery's room and got into bed. Valkyrie lay down and skulduggery pulled her over to him so now he was spooning her. "Good night Valkyrie" skulduggery said in his soft, velvety voice. "Good night Bentley lover" Valkyrie chuckled and closed her eyes.

In the morning Valkyrie woke up with a start to feel her bladder aching. She wriggled but couldn't get out of skulduggery's strong embrace. She whimpered and turned her body so that she was now facing the sleeping skeleton. He moved and then kneed her in the stomach where her bladder was. Valkyrie winced and shook skulduggery until he finally dozed. "What?" He mumbled. "Can you let me go please?" She asked and skulduggery pocked his head up a bit "why? You uncomfortable?" He asked. She shook her head and moved her hands so she was now holding her crotch and blushed. "I need the bathroom" she said. Skulduggery looked over to the alarm clock on his bedside table and then back at her "it's only 8:30" skulduggery said and Valkyrie frowned. "So?" She asked. "Tanith dared you to not use the bathroom until 9:30" skulduggery said with a smile on his voice. "Dang it!" Valkyrie muttered and snuggled into his chest. "I'll wait then" she said and skulduggery chuckled.
