Ghastly run through the smoke and then stopped to catch his breath. He had woken up in the middle of the road and was trying to look for his companions. "Hello? Guys? ANYONE ONE HEAR ME?" Ghastly begged as he started running again. "GHASTLY!" Someone called from the distance. "IM OVER HERE!" They called again and ghastly picked up the direction from where the voice come from and rushed over to them.
He ran over to where there was a tall pile of rubble and then looked over to see someone lying on the floor next to it. "Tanith!" He cried and ran over to her. He picked her up in his arms and she smiled a small smile to him. "Hey bestoke" she said quietly. Ghastly looked down and saw a piece of rock sticking into her side and then quickly ,but carefully, put her down and looked more closely at the wound. "Your hurt!"
"Nah in good"
"You have a piece of rock sticking out of your side"
"I've had worse"
"Really?"
"No I kidding. This is the worst pain I've been in my life and I'm waiting for you to remove it"
"Oh my god! Of course. Sorry" ghastly said quickly and slowly began twisting it out of her side. She grunted but otherwise remained calm. "There" he said as he lay it down on the floor.
Tanith smiled but that then turned to a looked of horror. "What?" He asked and tanith shook her head and pointed to behind him. He turned slowly to see darquesse grinning creepily at them "you're coming with me ghastly" she said slowly. "NO!" Tanith screamed as darquesse grabbed ghastly and then flew into the sky and in the direction of the ruins of the sanctuary.
