Noah's POV

My dad left a few days ago, and I'm kinda sad, but he did get us tickets to the capitals home opener. Gym is my last class of the day which is good because it goes by fast. Today we are playing kickball. I'm pretty good since I play soccer and baseball.

The final bell rang and I quickly grabbed my bag and ran to my bus. I don't normally ride the bus but we didn't have practice today.

My friend Daniel got on the bus and sat next to me.

"Hey Daniel" I said. He said hi and then was talking about football.

When the bus pulled up to my stop, I got out and walked towards my house. It was about a five minute walk which I didn't mind. When I got to my house I saw Baylor's car in the driveway and I assume Jackson's was in the garage. I went in the front door and yelled

"CAPS CAPS CAPS" I screamed dropping my bag and running into the living room. I jumped into Jackson's lap, catching him off guard.

"Whoah! Hello to you too" He laughs wrapping his arms around me.

"When are we leaving?" I ask, looking up at him.

"4:00" he says. The game is at 7 but I guess he wants to be early. I look at the time, 3:15.

"Yay!!! I'm gonna go find something to wear" I say and jump off of him and run up the stairs.

Jackson's POV

This is gonna be Noah's first caps game. He loves watching them on tv but has never gone. Baylor and I want to make it really special so we got him a little something.

My dad got us amazing tickets, but he also got us a chance to meet some of the players before the game. Also I bought Noah a Holtby jersey because that's his favorite player.

I went up the stairs and into Baylor's room.

"Let's give him the jersey" I say. Baylor grabs the bag out of his closet and we go into Noah's room.

"We have something for you" Baylor says and hands him the bag. He opens it up and sees the jersey. His eyes light up.

"Oh my goodness! Thank you so much!" He says and runs into my arms. I hug him and then he gives Baylor a big hug.

"Get changed, put on some jeans with it and you'll be good. Wear your sneakers." I tell him and we leave him be.

We all get changed and head out to my truck. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Verizon Center and Noah was singing the whole way there.

"Are we there yet?" Noah whined.

"5 minutes" I say.

I pull into a parking lot across the street and pulled the VIP passes out of my center console.

"Let's go!" I say and Noah hops out. We walk across the street and into a door that says VIP. Noah didn't even notice that we went in through a small door.

"Put this on" I say and hand the passes to my brothers.

"What are they?" Noah asks.

We walked past a security guard and showed our passes and he let us through. We were now in a room where we showed another man our passes.

"Right through here" A man says and shows us to the dressing room.

"Oh my god" Noah says once he sees the players. Not all of them were in here but there was Wilson, Schmidt, John Carlson, Lars Eller, and Burakovsky.

Noah had a huge smile on his face, but was acting shy.

"Come on, go say hi" I say. He waves to them, but Baylor was already talking to Tom Wilson.
