-Penelope's P.O.V

Lydia and I were eating at the pizza place at the food court after shopping for a long time. She didn't spend all the money Papa gave her, but I did. She felt guilty doing so. I understood. As we were eating, someone came up to me.

"Oh my, are you Penelope Tomlinson?" A woman, a little bit younger than my dads, asked. I set my pizza down and smiled.

"Yeah." I grinned. "Are you a fan of my dads?" She smiled and nodded, bouncing the toddler on her hip to keep him from falling asleep. "It's nice to meet you."

"You too sweetie, I'm Alice and this is my son Jackson." She said, kissing her son's temple.
"Jack, say hi baby." He looked at  me and hid his face in her hair. "He's a little shy, but I'll leave you and your friend. It was very nice to meet you. Tell your parents I said hi." I laughed lightly.

"Of course. It was nice to meet you, Alice." And with that, she left with her kid. I sat back down across from Lydia who put a fry in her mouth.

"Does that happen a lot?" I nodded as I sipped my drink.

"More than a lot. Every time we go out, at least one person comes up to me or the three of us if we're all out. It doesn't bother me though." I shrugged. "I'm used to it by now." She just nodded.

As we finished eating, I noticed a bunch of people looking at me, then out of nowhere they all rush over. Fans. Paparazzi. All of them. My eyes widened at the amount of people. The huge crowds like this haven't happened in such a long time. I was little when a crowd this big showed up. I then looked across the table at a laughing Lydia. She had her phone in her hand.

"You thought I actually liked you?" Tears filled my eyes. "Yeah, my sister isn't gay dumbass. That's disgusting. A bunch of kids from school were watching and recording me, bursting into laughter. I got up and tried to leave with all my bags, but I couldn't. The crowd surrounded. Lydia made it out safely, leaving me here. Me being trapped only made people laugh more. Tears made their way down my face as I shoved my way through the crowd with my shopping bags. But they followed. Thankfully, security came and helped me out.

"Are you okay honey?" The one security guards asked. I just nodded. "Do you want us to call your parents?" I shook my head.

"No, I can call them." He just nodded and led me outside, making sure I was protected. "You can go back inside sir, I'm okay." He nodded again and went inside. Lydia came out of the mall and took pictures of my crying face. "C-Can you leave me alone please?" I cried. She just laughed and shook her head, getting into her mum's car. I put my face in my hands as I sobbed. It never would end.

When I finally got control of my emotions, I stopped crying and wiped my remaining tears. I looked at myself in the camera on my phone, making sure it looked like I wasn't crying before calling my dad. I pressed my phone to my ear.

"Hey kid, ready to come home?" He asked, a little out of breath. Why was he so out of breath? Maybe he was working out. Who knows.

"Yeah, can you come pick me up." I sniffled.

"Hey why are you crying?" Dang it. I couldn't tell him about Lydia. Now that they think we're friends, I couldn't say that.

"Paparazzi." I half lied.

"I'll be right there honey. Is Lydia with you?"

"No, her mum picked her up."

"Alright. I'll be right there." With that, we hung up.

"Sorry to leave ya like this Louis." I said gesturing to his hard on. "Gotta pick up Penelope." He groaned.
