Dear Diary,
Life is an obstacle. It's a challenge, gift, mystery, and struggle all wrapped into one. It's a journey and honestly no one knows where this journey will lead them. No one knows what they will experience within this journey, but it's up to you to make the best of this journey. It's up to you to determine how you will handle this journey. Some try to fight through this with high spirits, but not everyone can hold their heads high.
Love, Miranda
"Thank you."I said with a smile as I received my bags full of books.
"No problem."The cashier said with a smile before I finally made my way out the bookstore with Tremaine.
"Look at my baby, you really about to be in school."Trey said with a smile on his face as he looked over at me. I couldn't help to blush seeing the look on his face.
Here Trey and I were at my university to pick up the last books I needed for my classes. I'm finally officially all ready for college. As the week is approaching for my first day of class I'm both overwhelmed and happy. I happy to finally be going to school which I've wanted to do since I was a little girl. I've always wanted to continue my education and become something in life. Going to college makes me happy. I'm overwhelmed because this is something new. This is a challenge that I'm about to take on and I have no clue how it will be. I seems like it might be a lot, but I'm just stepping into this in a positive mood and my head held high.
"I know you gone miss having my fine ass all to yourself all the time."I said with a smirk as we made our way to Tremaine's car.
"I am."He said with a pout making me giggle.
I know me starting school soon will cut into a lot of things. Like me having so much free time on my hands. That's over with once my classes start because I know I'm going to be tied up with work. I'll be needing to put a lot of my time and effort into my academics. I also know that I won't have so much time to be under my man 24/7 and that's going to kill me. I love being under my butt butt.
"But, I gotta let my baby boss up and do her thing, so I don't mind stepping back for a second."Trey said as he unlocked the car doors causing me to smile.
Since telling Trey I'd be attending college he's been 100% supportive of me. He's been more happy than I am and that means the world to me. To have my man supporting me and pushing me to do better in life means so much to me. I've never had a companion ever put so much faith into me so this means the world to me. I'm so thankful for him and all he does. I don't think he even realizes it.
We finally got into the car, taking off from the parking lot. He started to head towards Mia's school since it's time for them to get out. Trey's phone began to ring, making him grab it. It was Vallery calling. He answered it, putting it on speaker phone.
"What's up on Val?"Trey let out as he held the phone with one hand and steered with the other.
"Hey Trey, what are you up to?"
"I'm out with Pookie right now."He admitted.
"Hey Miranda."
"Hi Vallery."I said with a giggle. I honestly haven't talked to my girl in a minute. Every since I hooked her up with Zay she's been busy. They must've really hit it off.
"I was just calling to remind you that the event starts tomorrow at 12."She admitted.
"Event?"Trey said with that confused look on his face.
"Yes, the event with the kids from the youth homes and boys and girls clubs remember?"Vallery let out making Trey think.
"Ohhh, damn I forgot that was this week."Trey said, scratching the side of his face.
