Man in the Moon's POV

The window was open, so was the curtain from the house at the end of the East Side Street on the left side of the road, locked away behind the nature creeping around in the community. Nr. 55, the house which I saved for my precious flesh and blood, my one and only son named by his mother, Moon. Ceto, my wife, who died during birth, told me that whenever Moon would unleash his magic, he would carry her inside his veins. She was right, her power became his only a few hours after being brought to the world. He was just like I imagined he would be, someone great nobody would ever forget. He was the prefect mix between both me and Ceto, someone unique I never wanted to replace. The silver hair he got from his father's light and the golden eyes from his mother's heart. The power from my wife as well as my own, he was our love brought together, shaped at the horizon, given by heaven. He was strong, wise and powerful, mysterious and yet loved, a living legend with an unknown name.

I allowed myself fall trough the glass, staring inside. Just as expected, everything was as tidy as ever, no dirt to be found. Dragonero was sleeping before the open window as a watching dog, making sure no thief would come inside. Urio stood behind the frontdoor, although nobody told him to do so, it was a habbit he got since he was concerned about his master's safety inside the Human World. Bunny Hop, his rabbit protector, found itself in it's Sleeping Dream formation, making it turn into one of the softest and yet nicest blankest around the whole world to sleep with, keeping his master warm. I smilled. Underneath Bunny Hop he slept, soundly and far away from the world. His eyes were closed as a smile creeped on his white sking, leaving me to smile even more. It brought a warm feeling to a father inside to see your child in such a lovely state. I looked around a bit more, just to check, which gave me a good feeling. Still, I missed the contact between both of us, so I decided to visit his dreams, the way we communicated when he already fell asleep.

I let my light fall into his communication tattoo on his forehead, making me meet him face to face. He had chosen for a set of Sakura trees in bloom with a soft wind, carrying all the fallen flowers, giving a beautiful view. His eyes were empty as usual, staring up to the falling flowers, sitting beside me. "Hello, father", he whispered to me, greeting me in his softly and comfortable way. "Hello, son. Nice place to be, I like it." He simply nodded, taking my hand, something we always did to create a deeper bond. "Thank you", he muttered. "How are you doing at your new school by the way? Are they good people?" He just shrugged answering with a statement sounding as : "The usual types, badboys, victims, nerds and fangirls." I nodded as he continued. "Didn't make friends really, although others say so. The teachers are all the same as well, boring and seem to be tired of their job. The lessons are easy, already learned this for 5 times y'know." Since he didn't age, he sometimes skipped a full year of school, sometimes he did attend but always the same year. Nobody would continue to believe him if he lied about his age and lookings. I smilled at him. "Not that bad in that case, right?" He simply shrugged, staring up towards his fake heavenly blue sky. "You know, sometimes I wish I just could be normal", he started dreaming out loud, taking me with him. "After all, I belong nowhere, nor in the Human World nor the Wizard World and it's sometimes getting frustrated. I can't be me, except when I'm with you or on my own at home. But even so, it's still a drag y'know, father..." He looked down at his lap, empty eyes watching into the nothingness. "It feels like I'm not needed, makes me want to be errased at some points in life, even when I know it's impossible. I just... I wonder what it's like to belong somewhere." The sadness in his voice really touched me in the heart 'cause after all, he was my child. I cared for him as if he was more then my whole being, as long as he was happy, safe and alright, so was I. But it's been for a while he has been feeling like this, kinda depressed and sad on the inside, broken heart and mind that I couldn't heal at all. He missed being accepted by the other race, having real friends and maybe just a normal life. Things I couldn't grand him, for all I could give him was my presence and that only at night. I sighed softly, taking both his hands and looking him in the eyes. "You are precious, my son. Don't you forget that. What others say, I know, it seems to matter, but it's not important. Being accepted, you are, not only by me but also by the protectors. You told me people seemed to be your friend, they accept you to. If you say you can't be yourself, it's just hiding your powers. But otherwise, you are yourself. Same personality, same being and if they don't accept that, they aren't your friends, correct?" He looked down, nodding softly. "You are important to both races, both kinds need you, and you may think of it as nothing now, you will see in future that you are who they need. They will relay on you, so will you relay on them. So just don't give up now, right? You are too precious, too special to let go like that. You are needed, loved, I can't stand to see you suffer like this." He smilled and answered with a soft hug. "Thank you father."
