Kawacy's POV
I sighed softly as I stared at myself, watching my reflection in the mirror could be such a drag once you started to realise how you didn't had this or that, how you had too much of this or that. But I didn't had that problem, after all, the parts I missed weren't on the outside but the inside. Or so I was told anyway, everyone told me I missed this or that yet it always leaned against the sides of personality. Although, they weren't to speak since they missed a lot of things themselves even when they didn't see. They were able to react and couldn't take the reactions, that was kinda the one-sided way of thinking. So I looked closer to the mirror, checking myself out for once in a while. I was still as skinny as ever with a pale skin covering my bones, making my pale blue eyes stand out even more. They fitted with the one lock which carried that same color in a darker shade while all the rest was as white as the snow itself. I hadn't changed much over the years, I didn't even grow length, not even a tiny bit.
"Not bad", Shikaru told me as soon as he walked in as energic as always. "Thank you", I told him while he ruffled through my hair. "I hate being touched." He stopped. "I'm sorry, Kawacy." He smirked, knowing I hated anything that touched me. "You are just so cute, y'know? I could squeeze those little cheecks of yours right away." His hands came closer to my face, making me glance. "Don't you even think about it." "Or what~?", he asked playfully while his fingers were almost touching my skin. "Or I'll kick your a-" "And I won't." He lifted his hands in the air, making me smirk. "I thought so." He stood beside me, in front of the mirror. "You know you are too cute, you shouldn't say such a big words. You are too innocent to do so." "Am not. I am not innocent and we both know." He shrugged with a smile. "I still think you are, cutie." He laughed loudly, running out my room with a playful smirk. "Kawacy is innocent! Kawacy is innocent! Kawacy is innocent!", he sang out loud for the whole house to hear which got me to walk out of the room, into the living room.
"Is he playing with you again?", Dagmar asked me what made me nod. "He's in a playful mood after all, it was to be expected." He petted on the couch next to him so I sat down. "Indeed." "He is like that after all", Lunatico replied. He came out the kitchen with some cookies, giving each one of us a pair. "Just let him be, I think he's kind of releasing stress. The King send us on a mission after all." Dagmar nodded, softly. "Yes, I wish Eugene already returned." "Wasn't he out tracking our target down?" "He is, but he's taking long. I wonder if something happend", Lunatico answered my question which got me to look up at him. "He'd call in our help if something was the matter, so don't worry. Trust him for once." Dagmar petted my head, soon letting go as he noticed my glance. "That's the Knight of Trust for ya." A smile creeped across his face as he said so, something Lunatico agreed to. "He's cute, isn't he?", Shikaru peeped from the kitchen, making the other giggle.
"Am not", I tried to protest but they wouldn't let me. "Yes you are, Kawacy!" Shikaru, who was supposed to be the first member, came running towards me and squeezed my cheeks tightly. "Would you mind to let go?" "Or what?", he grinned what got me to smirk. "Or I'll kick the hell out of you and your little-" "And I let go!" Again he lifted his hands in the air with a satisfied grin. "You are still too innocent to use such a words though." "Am not!" "Yes you are", he laughed softly, rubbing my head softly before making sure he was out of my vission while screaming : "Cute Kawacy is still innocent!" for the whole town. I facepalmed, unlike us, he would never grow up. But then again, it made him funny and who he was, the person that always knew how to handle the mood and make everyone happy at any moment. "You gotta be honest", Dagmar whispered. "You are kinda cute." Lunatico nodded in agreement, so I sighed. "The next person who dares to say that one sentence out loud won't get any breakfast tomorrow." Lunatico pouted. "But it's your turn and you're such a good cook, you can't do that." I smirked. "And you can't say that."
I smilled, this was how I liked it. A bit of silence after I put them all down, now I wouldn't hear that one comment for the rest of the day. "Now this is nice." "It would be nicer of Eugene already returned, he takes like forever to come back", Lunatico complained. "He probebly had to walk a long time, let him be", Dagmar reacted. "Is he there already?", Shikaru asked loud as his voice came from the kitchen. "Not yet", Lunatico answered with a sigh. "Wish he was here already", he whispered. "It is boring doing nothing but waiting all the time." Dagmar didn't say anything but nodded softly, although he wasn't as bored as the Knight of Imagination. "He'll be here soon", I told them, trying to kill the complain. After all, once they started it was hard to make them stop.
It took a few more minutes of silence before the front door opened, revealing an exhausted Eugene in the corridor. "Human World", he said while yawning. "Target is in the Human World, in Canterbury, England." Shikaru ran towards him from the kitchen. "Yes!", he screamed. "Guys, pack your things, we're going on a trip!" His excitement made us all sigh, mostly Eugene who yawned again. "We will", Dagmar answered. "But we'll leave tomorrow." "But... why?" The pouting dripped from Shikaru's words. "Because", Lunatico replied. "Eugene just returned and is obviously tired. We all need to pack for at least a week since we don't know how long that little 'trip' of yours will take before finished. And on top of that, Kawacy is also tired." I looked up after hearing my name, only to notice how Shikaru studied me closely. He sighed disappointed. "Alright, we will leave tomorrow... So make sure you all finished packing and are ready to go before 8 AM!" A smile again creeped on his face, all the disappointment dissapeared. "That's the Knight of Passion for you", I thought as I went upstairs with the rest. This 'trip' would be a drag...
