Heathen's POV

All I saw was darkness. Black and blood. There were several bodies on the floor and he was watching us from his throne, laughing at us. We lost big time, we were through. He had warned us he was too powerful for me to take. Moon had told me not to think of winning. Lili had told me to train instead of dreaming how I would become king. Star had asked me to help her. Aku had kicked my ass for doing nothing. And I had ignored them all. So here we are, a few days later, on the floor dying. The Black King, nobody could win against him, so I believed from now on. I made terrible mistakes and took everyone down with me due them. I pushed my brother away in order to get everything he had not. I took Moon and Lili for granted. I saw Star as replacable, Aku as a brat. I was in the centre, but I was wrong. I was so wrong. Now here we are, after the fight everyone had been waiting for, we lost hard. Several people died under my command, I was a horrible person. I couldn't forgive myself. I lost my parents one time, lost my brother short after and now lost almost my whole family. Aku passed, Star went, Lili is no more. My new father, Moon Knight, was bleeding on the ground while his father, my second grandfather, Man in the Moon, holds him close. My brother, he was still gone, dead also I assumed. And all of this was my fault, if I only had listened to what everyone said.

Tears were streaming down my eyes, making me watch the Black King in front of me who was laughing at the view, knowing he was winning. "Now it's too late, young one", he made fun of me. "You shall see them soon enough. But first, let me finish my job over there." He pointed his hands towards Moon, making me scream out loud. I could not lose him either, not him... A flash of fire magic flied in his direction and my screaming got worse.

But it never hit. Moon was still unconcious, breathing in his father's arms as a cute younger little boy standing in front of them. Big baby blue eyes watching the Black King in innocence. He had neither a scratch nor a bruise, like the magic didn't even touch him at all. He was dressed in a strange way, no clothes of the ancient times, no warrior clothes, but the clothes my second father wears to visit the Human World. Was he a human? What was he doing here? Questions ran through my head as a loud growl of the Black King called me back. "You!", he screamed, pointing to the blue haired boy. "I have never seen you before in my whole life! Who the hell are you?! Identify yourself imidiatly!!"

"I am the second son of Malaria of the North and Echo Link. My name is Kimi Yoshi Link, the Phantom Boy without magic." My eyes went wide as I heard his soft voice speaking. Kimi? Kimi Yoshi? My brother? Phantom Boy, a nickname people had given him because he did not belong since he had no magic. A tear ran from my cheek. He was still alive. But how had he survived the blast? "No magic huh? From the family Link? Now that's a shame. Well, you're the only one left to take down, so let's get this over with, shall we?" The evil King laughed, but Kimi looked confussed. "You cannot kill me, sir, for magic shall do me no harm." "We shall see." The Black King raised his hands again and fired his magic, but just as Kimi said, the flames did no harm at all. "How's that possible!" Frustrated, Latorius got off of his throne and went towards Kimi, right in front of him. "Explain, you poor excuse of a prince! How can this happen?!" I growled deep inside. Nobody was allowed to talk to my brother like that and although I did it myself, times changed. I was not the attention-seeking, miraculous child anymore.

"I have no magic, neither can magic hurt me. It's neither my friend nor my enemy. Magic cells do not recognise me for I am nor human nor wizard. They see me as wind, something that's not even present, so they would fly right through me. But my body is a barrior which stops the magic cells from doing so and absorbs them. But I can not use that magic, it gets saved within my body. I am the only one of my kind, a Phantom Absorber since I absorb magic and phantom since magic does not notice me. And for your information, I am not a poor excuse of a prince. I've got a name which is Kimi Yoshi Link, a carrier of the Link blood that runs within the family and I am proud of it. I may seem as nothing to you, but I can promise you, you are not the first devil I send to hell." Shakely I tried to stand on my legs as I saw how my brother learned to stand up for himself and his believings. I was proud to be his sibling, both because he was unique and strong, but mostly because he was my brother in flesh and blood.

"If you say so, kid." Latorius smirked, raising his hands and giving my brother the full blow, seeing it had no effect, but the Black King spoke. "I do not believe your body is able to absorb all my magic and save it limitless. I do not believe you had an awakening call since you've got no magic and to make it even better, all those things mean that you are the first mortal in your family by blood, such a shame. Being no full blood will be the end of you." Evily he laughed loudly as I saw how my brother stepped closer towards the magic source, touching the hand of Latorius which was realising the flames. "You are right", he whispered but loud enough for me to hear. "I have not awoken. But you are also mistaken. I am a full blood, I am immortal. For I am my own protector." Kimi's eyes started glowing, Latorius begin screaming. "I, Kimi Yoshi Link, hereby take away your magic cells to lock them inside my body. You shall be fully mortal and live your life in prison until you die to burn in the flames of hell. May this punishment be written in your mind 'till the end of time." Kimi's eyes returned to their normal color before he fainted, leaving Latorius unconcious on the floor. Our kingdom, the Wizard World, was saved.
