Echo's POV

'Echo' was written on my forehead as I stared into the mirror given me by some boy with red hair and a strange grin on his face. My eyes were covered by a blindfold while my hair was as black as the night itself. My head was still a bit dizzy as all memories were blurry. The couch I found myself on was very soft and made me sleepy again, but I tried to stay awake. 12 eyes were looking me from the other side of the room, which I assumed to be the living room. They all looked the same as they wore the same kind of uniform, except the boy on the right with the white hair. "How are you feeling, sire?", that same boy asked. His big golden eyes looked closely as if searching for any injuries he skipped. "I feel quite fine, thank you for asking." He nodded slightly, not showing a single hint of emotion. "Is there something I can do for you, your majesty?", someone else asked, the one dressed in green. I nodded in response. "You can start with introducing yourself for I don't know who you all are." All of them give me a small bow as they spoke up. "My name is Shikaru Red, knight of passion, sire", the one with the red hair and strange grin started, followed by a bow. "My name is Dagmar Green, knight of balance, sire", the person dressed in green replied. "My name is Eugene Black, knight of mystery, your majesty", the boy with the black hair and black uniform answered. "My name is Lunatico Purple, knight of imagination, my king", the person with purple hair and purple uniform told me. "My name is Kawacy Blue, knight of trust", the boy with the blue uniform told me, not seeing to be interessed in adressing me before my eyes fell on the secretive boy with white hair, no uniform. "And who may you be?", I asked as gentle as possible, only to find out the question left my mouth rather harsh. "I am called Moon Knight, knight of emotion, sire." I nodded, looking at all of them, trying to memorize their names and jobs by their lookings before welcoming to have a seat, which they gladly agreed to. "Do you mind telling me where I am and what happened to me maybe?", I asked as soon as they found their place. "You are at my house, sire", the white haired boy, which I remembered to be called Moon Knight, answered. "I don't really know what happened to you, but your people need your help. The Black King, Latorius, took your place on the throne and sends his men on executions. The kingdom is in danger and they're waiting for you to save them, your majesty." I nodded again softly, thinking about the situation as I started wondering why I couldn't remember a single thing and had to relay on the 6 people in front of my eyes. "Alright", I spoke as they all eyed me. "I shall write a letter to the Black King and the people of my return in that case, but shall remain here for the time being so I can learn more about the situation and my enemy. Meanwhile, I'd like you to go there, find out what's going on in detail. I'd like a list of all those executed so I can go apologise in person to their families and organise a nice goodbye as soon as peace returns. Also, I'd like to know the strategy of the enemy : how is the castle protected, how is his army, what are the weakpoints, what are the strong things, anything that could help. I'll send you two groups, each of three. One go spread the news of my return and go collect information about the people and a list of all executions. The other, go search information about the enemy, anything you can find and report it to me ASAP. You all stay in contact with me, if something should happen, bring yourself in safety first and then let me know. I'll be here if you any of you should need me." They nodded gently with a soft bow. "Yes, sire."

I nodded and tried to figure out who I should team up with who, trying to analyse by their lookings which ones were the strongest of the 6 so I could create a balanced team for both missions. Moon looked like a mystery person, so did Kawacy. Eugene would be a bit alike Shikaru, although not that much. Then I had Dagmar and Lunatico, who seemed to be on the same line in some way. "Alright", I said. They looked at me, waiting to tell what I wanted to say. Their eyes were kind of curious and question-like at the same time. "I'd like team a : Moon, Shikaru and Lunatico to go find information about the enemy. Team b : Kawacy, Dagmar and Eugene, to go collect that list and to spread my return to the people. I think they lived in fear so long, waiting for a hope to arrive. Since it seemed, I am that hope, I shall no longer allow them to wait nor to hope in fear. But beware, this news may bring the Black King to go nuts. In order to keep the people safe, I'd like you to guard the villages and towns as well. Do not start with the big ones and skip the smaller ones, each is worth to protect, each human counts. I won't tolerate for any execution to happen after my coming, understood?" All of them nodded and bowed with a loud 'yes, your majesty'. "Then go, now! There's no time to waste!" "Yes, sire!", they replied as they made their move towards the frontdoor as I stayed inside the house, alone with the several protectors I already noticed. Assuming they were from Moon since it was his house, I decided to respect them, 'cause even if they weren't my own, they still were living beings. And doing so, got me think of the people I left behind in question and terror. How come I didn't remember, was mystery to me. As well as why and how come I suddenly popped up out of nowhere. But even so, it didn't mean I wouldn't change the things. It looked like I had been gone for too long and so, I had to make things right.
