Moon's POV
"What does he want you to do?", Kenny's voice asked me on a whispering tone, leaving me all confussed as I stared down at the stone in my lap what was shinning and smirking at my questions. "He wants me to return...", I replied in all silence, not really able to give any clear answer myself. "But that doesn't make any sense, after all, weren't you forbidden to return?" I nodded as I was just as puzzled as they were. Even my protectors such as Dragonero, who I thought would be able to explain, seemed to be just as clueless as I was. "I do not know, Knight", my main protector told me in my ear so nobody else would hear his words. "After all, your dad was the one who told you to never return, no matter what." I sighed, allowing my eyes to stare down at the floor what seemed to be the pretiest thing to look at right now. They noticed, both my human friends and my protectors, that something wasn't right. "What are you gonna do now, Moon?", Thomas asked with a tone of concern in his voice that he tried to hide, but failled. I shrugged as an answer as the words : "I do not know, I trust my father and I know he'd only call me back if he really needs to. But on the other hand, I don't think it would be safe", left my mouth. Emerald Ice nodded as if he understood. "I get it, young master. But why don't you just wait a couple of days more? Let it sink for a little bit so you are able to make a good choise, how about it? You can still leave if you want to, young master Moon Knight." I looked him in the eye and noticed a little sparkle of hope in them, making me nod, something that made him happy with a relieved feeling inside his chest.
"Besides, if your father really wants you to go, he'll leave you a message, right?" Lili's comment made sense to all of us. "I mean, not that I dislike your old man or anything, I just think now you got the gift he will consider of doing so. He can't know for sure if you got the meaning of it, for all he knows you could just see it as a simple stone." Again, I nodded and sighed softly, sitting up a bit more with the pillow to lean on behind my back as a soft groan escaped my mouth. The fresh wound that was already healing still made clear it was there, burning with pain by the smallest mouvements I made and I hated to show it. The fact I was wounded pointed out I was weak, not in shape to protect and take the lead. "Are you alright? Does it hurt?", Thomas caught the attention, leaving the spotlights on me. "I am fine", I whispered through my teeth, hoping they wouldn't see or at least let it be. "As soon as I'm back on my feet, I will go to visit father in the Wizard World", I replied to assure them, planning my future. "If he wants me to come that badly, it has to be big. On top of that, if it should be a trap, something I don't except since my existance is unknown, I will be prepared. I'll take Dragonero, Urio, Emerald Ice and Masquerda with me if it makes you all calmer." Big eyes struck me down. "Are you crazy?", Lili started. "You can't do that! What if they were to kill you? Take us with you!" "Yeah man", Kenny jumped in. "Now we're BLF, you are stuck with me, wheter you like it or not." Thomas stayed silent, agreeing with the other two, something that got me to sigh rather deeply.
"How come it would be a good idea to take three humans to the Wizard World together with a 'dead' and forgotten child of Man in the Moon? I don't get the 'good' in this." Lili sighed, rather angry and frustrated while the two male kids looked at their own feet, thinking. "If you don't want us to come, just say so. I don't know if you realise, but you didn't say you didn't want us to come. So for all I care, I am going, no doubt and no buts wanted." Lili's words encouraged the other two behind her as they nodded their head energic. "Just give me one good reason why I should allow you all to put your lifes on the line, one reason for each." A smirk grew on the girl's face as she stood her ground. "First of all, I have my personal reasons. But mostly, because you mean a lot to me." A soft blush creeped on her cheeks as the tried to hide it. I turned my head, looking at the other two who remained. "I still owe you", Thomas spoke up, softly, just above a whisper, before he turned his head to Kenny who spoke with a low volume, saying : "Don't think I'm gonna let you run away with all the honor, join me in."
Their words got me to chuckle, something that made me wince softly before I nodded softly, slightly regretting what I was about to say to them. "If you really want to, I think a little more company wouldn't hurt. At least, as long as you promise to stay close, obey me and do anything I say. I am responsible and I do not long to go knocking on your parents' door just to say you got left behind somewhere in a Wizard World. They'll call me nuts." The three cheered, agreeing and celebrating within theirselves. Sharing smiles, happiness and youthfulness itself, it got me to feel kinda warm inside although I felt kinda worried for what I got myself into. The thing I didn't want to happen at all, was to get them involved in something stupid. Not only because I might care, but mostly because I couldn't stand another loss of someone precious.
