Latorius actions are getting worse with the time as he started with killing off people. Executions are happening all over the country in order to keep his position. Echo send his Magical Knights towards the Wizard World to help out with the case of Luka Horizon and to help the people, while he himself stays in the Human World. When he does come to the Wizard World, he learns about the executions.
Jeffrey Lockwood became the body for the protector of Echo, who found him on the bridge.
Thomas died in the Human World due sadness after he heard about the suicide of Jeka, his adopted brother.
