*A week later*
Austin's P.O.V
"Austin..." My mother called from the other side of the door.
"Come in..." My head was buried in my pillows. In another week I'll have to go to some new. My mother has been pestering me to get a haircut and today would be the day to get rid of the coarse bangs that lay on top of my head.
"I three and you need to get ready, your getting a haircut wether you like or not."
"Okay"
"Have you heard anything from Emma?" My mother asked, her eyes trying to find mine.
My face arose from my pillow as I frowned at my mother. ",No" I answer plainly. She then left the room and I stood up from my bed.
I looked into my mirror, and I must say.
I look like complete.
Shit.
And why? Because of my inconsiderate parents.
I finally dug through my 'already messy closet' and put on my jeans and navy blue and white shirt. I shoved my hair in my orange beanie and head downstairs.
Emma loved when I wore this outfit.
I know I love every little thing she does. When she wears shorts specifically.... When she puts on makeup, that she doesn't need, when she wears her hair in buns or most of all her smile.
Thinking about my ex-girlfriend isn't healthy at all.
Considering the fact that she hasn't tried to contact me...not that I would answer anyways...
As I make my way down the first flight of stairs my dad appears out of one of the doors. What the hell are all these doors for? I pass my dad without a word and proceed to the next flight of stairs.
"Austin" I hear my dad trail behind me.
"What?" I snap
"I'm sorry we had to leave but.."
",But what?" I cut him off.
"You'll like it better here"
I stop my steps on the stairs and turn around.
"No dad you'll like it here..." I glare and continue down the stairs. I finally reach to the first floor and head to the garage and wait for my mom.
I sit in my car, and watch her enter the passenger side. I can't remember the last time my mom was in this car. Her hand reaches to check the glove compartment and my hand shoots from the wheel, to block her from opening it.
"What are you doing?" She questions
"You don't want to look in there.."
"Why?"
"I.. uh.. just don't"
"Okay?"
She leans back and locks in her seatbelt.
As I pull out of the driveway a girl with long blonde hair blocks the road. Her headphones block all sound from her ears as she sees my car. She rides her longboard out the way as I finally back out on the road. She stops in front of the house next door and enters. Of course my mother has too open her trap.
"OohAustin you should go ride your little skate boards together." She says giddy.
"No thank you" I say as we leave the neighborhood.

Emma's P.O.V.
I'm doing great for a person who lost the dearest thing to them. I haven't really thought about Austin much, maybe because I've been spending more time with my friends.
