I woke this morning and brushed my teeth. and washed my face. it hurt like crazy since I was still bruised. I put on makeup to cover it up and put my hair in a high bun. I went to nilya room and seen she was gone. I ran down stairs walking and calling her name. August came through the front door. "have u seen my sister!!" I yelled in panic. "Yea I just took her to school." he said calming me down. i sat on the couch and placed my head in my hands. "You alright." he asked sitting beside me rubbing my back. "Uh yea just she's the only one I got and I gotta keep her safe. " I sighed. "I understand and I love nilya like a lil sister as well nicki." when August that I couldn't help but to hug him. I don't understand why he so nice to me. just then the doorbell rung. August got up and answered it. it was desire. "hi nicki here?" I heard her. I ran to the door and hugged her .
