Matt was sitting in shorts, out side on the front lawn. He picked up a piece of grass, he didn't know why, but he felt extremely fearful. Inside was too dark for him. Outside was too loud, but he dealt with it. He picked up a dandelion. Rolling it in between his fingers. Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. Matt screamed and rolled away, probably filling his hair with grass. He lay, face first of the grass until he heard someone lay down next to him.  He turned his head slowly and saw Tom, staring back at him.

"Sup."

"Uh hi."

"You screamed like a girl."

"I was scared."

"So am I-"

"For what?"

"Your mental health."

"Your an asshole Tom."

"I've got one of you wanna see it."

"OH MY GOD NO!"

Matt shot up, looking like a tomato.

"You look like a fucking strawberry."

"You look like a bowling ball."

"How dare you my mother was a bowling ball." Tom sat up slowly, looking at Matt.

"I- she wasn't."

"Pssh heard it all before-"

"No. My- my stepdad- adopted you when you were like, three. O-once he saw you had no eyes, he- being as smart as he was, altered your memory. My mom was a bowling ball to you. My stepdad a pineapple."

"Huh. Deep."

"I- wait what?"

"It was deep. Thanks for telling me the truth."

"Y-your welcome."

"I love honesty."

"T-th-thanks."

Tom leaned closer. He placed a hand on Matt's thigh.

"I love you."

"I-I uhhhhh."

Matt was frozen. Tom just laughed and pecked his cheek.

They cuddled on the grass all day.
