LADY ATHENA — THE PEOPLE'S WARRIOR the future of our nation ( by the dryad's column for the cair paravel times )
Lady Athena Ashdown, now proclaimed the revolutionary of Narnia, has now been appointed as the first woman and youngest ever member of the High King's council thanks to her Knighthood today. Spotted riding towards the famous gates of Cair Paravel itself for the ceremony, the new noble was seen preparing for her prestigious title with the council members and other nobles of the nation before the event began.
We all know that Lady Athena came from the land of our kings and queens, arriving only four months after the great battle, living with her adoptive brother Lord Peridan ( click here for a re-cap of that story! ) and offering to aid the hunt for remaining White Witch supporters in the northern borders. And with her promotion taking place on the 6th anniversary of battle, there has been no better way to celebrate the victory that freed our land from tyranny.
Lady Athena's full appointed title is:

With her previous experience of standing as the General of the Militia leads us to guess that the High King chose Lady Athena for military relations and duties. Also, as she has developed a long term friendship with King Edmund, we can only hope that the warrior of our future will be spending more time with the royal family.
