Hindi talaga ako makapaniwala na ito na ngayon si Gabby. He really changed a lot. And he is one of our board? How come?

"Ano... uhm, I'm quite, no, I'm really surprised to see you here." I was still shocked on what I just saw.

For goodness sake! 7 years, sobrang laki na ng pinag-bago niya, to the extent na hindi pa rin talaga ako makapaniwala na si Gabby na nga ito.

"Suprised?" he asked.

"You have no idea."

"Are you busy? I just want to surprise you more." he said.

"Well, wala pa naman akong gaanong ginagawa for now. Bakit?"

"I just want you to invite for a meal, maybe for lunch?"

"Sure."

But the men on my back suddenly spoke up, "Ma'am, your father told us to watch over you."

"For once, let her," narinig ko naman bigla ang boses ni Ate mula sa likod. I even saw Ken on her side.

"And we are not in Osaka. So, don't mind about it." sabi pa ni Ken

"Seriously guys? Kayo ba talaga yan? You're allowing me to go without any bodyguards?" may halong panunudyo at hindi makapaniwalang sa tono ng pananalita ko.

"Yes. Alam ko namang labag sa kalooban mo ang pag-balik mo dito. Kaya I'm giving you a little freedom. No bodyguards."

"Really? What about Dad?"

"Let me handle it." sabi naman ni Ken.

They will lift my 'protection' stuff? Seriously? Walang naka-aligid sa'kin kahit san ako pumunta. My smile grew wider at the thought. Well, atleast I may enjoy my stay here because of that freedom.

"At saka, I know you need to catch up things with Mr. Fuentes. Go. Habang hindi pa tayo nag-sisimula."

"Thank you. In exchange, sisimulan ko na kaagad ang trabaho pagka-tapos nito."

"Enjoy."

"I will, Ken. I will." kaagad na 'kong nag-paalam at sumunod kay Gabby paalis.

We went to the elevator. At pakiramdam ko talaga na parang bagong laya ako kasi wala akong nakikitang mga naka-aligid sa'kin.

"You seemed happy." sabi ni Gabby

"Talaga. When I was in Osaka, mas matinding security pa ang meron ako. Kaya pakiramdam ko, bagong laya ako."

"I really can see it on your face."

Pag-dating namin sa parking, the nearest car to our place was the black Cadillac Escalade. Wow. It is my dream to drive like one of those. He opened the passenger seat for me at kaagad naman siyang lumipat sa kabila. He immediately started the engine and drove away to the building.

"I didn't know you have some luxurious taste when it comes to cars." sabi ko

"You know, we still have a lot of years ahead us that time. More time to discover your self like I did."

"You know what Gab? Seriously speaking, halos hindi na kita nakilala. You're far from that baby-face genius of our room. By looking at you, parang maraming na nangyari to make yourself look so mature like what I can see now."

"Same to you. Anlaki na ng ipinayat mo. I even wonder kung kasama sa trabaho ng bodyguards mo ang pag-control sa kinakain mo."

"Well, after a year of staying in Osaka, ginawa ba naman akong face of the company ni Daddy. So yeah, my diet's been watched."
