Xander's POV

"Bro, I didn't offered you to go back here in London just to ditch me here!" he said as he kept on sending glares to me. Napa-iling na lang ako at tumingin ulit sa screen ng computer ko. 

"Hey!!"

"Dude, were not 17 years old anymore. We need to work."

"Tch, yeah right. We need something to distract ourselves from heartbreak, isn't it?"

Now, it's my time to throw the glares at him. He formed his hands like he was holding a gun then pointed at me and said, "Bang! Bull's eye!"

Napa-iling na lang ako sa ginawa niya. Mag-mula nang bumalik ako, tinanggap ko na ang position na matagal na bakante at ibinibigay sa'kin mula pa noon. The head of the Finance department of my grandfather's business, Thompson Companies and Enterprises. One hell of a job to have but it will surely keep me busy all the time, just like now.

Owen suddenly snapped his fingers as if he had another idea of losing my focus on what I do.

"Bar hopping? How's that sounds?"

Damn this guy to hell. He surely know how to get me.

"Not interested."

"Eyy. You can fool yourself but ain't me."

"Pwede ba Owen. Kailangan ko 'tong ipasa bukas!"

"Weh? Lolo mo naman yung boss ah? Malakas ka dun."

"Ano ka ba, Owen? Bata? And no, I don't use such connections in my job."

"Dali na kasi! When was the last time we both hangout? Centuries ago? Just this once, dude. After this, you'll see me no more!"

I was looking at the screen while thinking at the worthless bargain of this douche infront of me. Sa bagay, ilang araw ko na rin nilulunod ang sarili ko sa trabaho para lang makalimot. Idagdag pa yung tuksong nasa harap ko.

After thinking for some time, I let out a sigh before giving in, "Fine, let's go."

"Yown! Now let's get going."

Napa-iling na lang ako habang sini-save ang ginawa ko. After shutting down my computer, kinuha ko sa jacket suit ko saka lumabas ng office ko.

His black Audi was already waiting for us after it was driven from the parking by a vallet. And his bar hopping escapade began.

After several hours, ito na ang pang-apat na bar na pinuntahan namin. At medyo marami-rami na rin akong nainom.

"More! More! More!" Owen chanted as he poured me a drink.

"Tama na..." I hoarsely said. Parehas na yata kaming may tama at mag-da drive pa kami pauwi. It was really not a good idea. Damn.

Biglang may tumabi kay Owen na isang blonde na babae. She's pretty and I knew just fine that Owen will entertain her.

"Having a good night, babe?" she flirty asked.

Owen smiled, "Hmm, it'll be a whole lot better spending it with you."

As fast as flash, the girl was already in Owen's lap and started their tongue-exchanging session. Okay, that was fast.
