Mira's POV

Kanina pa 'ko napapabuntong-hininga. I haven't talked to Xander for about a day now. Hindi ko kasi alam e, I feel like I was already busted from a sin that I've been secretly doing. I took another heavy sigh when Claire finally noticed me.

"Is there a problem, Sissy?" she asked

I took another heavy sigh, "Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko."

"Bakit? Ano bang nangyari?"

"I haven't talked to him since we went swimming on that island."

"That was a day ago!"

"I know." binaba ko sa table yung beach hat na sinukat ko saka pumunta sa mga sun glasses.

Kaming dalawa lang ni Claire ang mag-kasama ngayon at namimili ng mga pasalubong at ilang native products dito sa Bali. I thought that this mini shopping of ours would clear my mind pero hind pala.

"Bakit hindi mo kausapin?"

"Tsk! Nahihiya ako e."

"Nahihiya? Kay Xander pa talaga?"

"Oo."

"Wait. Why don't you tell me first kung bakit ka nag-kaka ganyan?"

I took another sigh before started telling her what happened on that island. Nang may mapili na siyang bilhin, nag-lakad na kami papunta sa cashier. I continued to tell her what happened and I also asked for her opinion about it pero ang unang mga salitang lumabas sa bibig niya ay, "Alam niyo, ang babaw niyong dalawa."

"Mababaw?"

"Don't get me wrong sissy. Pero, eto lang ah?" she smiled before continuing, "Looking at the reason why you two are fighting, somebody might misinterpret that you two are a couple."

"Claire?!" what the hell is she talking about?

"Oh bakit? E kung tuktukan ko kaya kayong dalawa! It's just like a petty fight like what ordinary couples do!" she fished out her card to pay the products.

"What do you mean?"

"Mira, goodness! You two have all the means to see each other again! Either he can go to Japan to see you or vice versa. Ano ba naman kayong dalawa! We're not teens anymore! Oh well, you still seemed under parents' comand but still! Kaya naku! Tigilan niyo 'ko jan sa away niyo. Napaka-immature!"

"May point ka dun."

Lumabas na kami ng boutique dala na ang mga nabili niya. We were walking along the beachside stores, pabalik na sa hotel namin. Hindi ko tuloy maiwasan maisip na tama nga naman si Claire. And yet, we managed not to talk to each other for a day.

"On the other side sissy, tingin mo may malalim na dahilan si Xander kung bakit niya ini-issue yang issue niyo ngayon?"

I shrugged, "I'm clueless."

"Hayy, feeling ko meron. Considering the fact na minention niya na nag-te take advantage siya sa choice mo."

"Ano naman ang pino-point mo ngayon?"

"Hmm, ano nga ba sa tingin mo?"

"Claire, I wouldn't ask if I know."

"He likes whatever it is that's happening now! Sissy, he just don't want either one of you to leave each other's side again."
