Mira's POV

"When did I say that it's all over?"

Mabilis akong nanlamig sa narinig ko. Parang buong paligid, tumigil sa pag-galaw. I just heard the voice that I am longing to hear spoke behind me. My heart started beating erratically and my breathing hitched. My mind's not playing on me, right?

I managed to turn slowly to the direction of his voice. The moment that I saw him, my tears started falling endlessly as my entire system shakes. I also saw that Ken was no longer on the rooftop with us. It was only me and him alone. I miss him so much!

He took few steps towards me, "At ang sinabi ko, napagod lang pero hindi susuko."

"Y-You left me..." I managed to say as I cried harder.

"I had to do it. For us." He said as he continued walking to where I was standing.

"Y-You left me... when I n-needed you the most..." I struggled to say as I cried harder.

He stood right in front of me as he stared at me, bawling my eyes out. I can't even bring my eyes to look directly at him.

"P-Pinatay mo rin yung t-tawag ko..." para akong nagtatampo sa kanya kahit na takot na takot na 'ko dahil wala na siyang paramdam.

"I was with you the whole time."

Mabilis ako tumingin sa kanya nang naka-simangot, "That's not t-true..."

"I had Owen to watch over you."

"See? You're not physically there!" I blurted out as I cried even harder. I may look like a mess right now, but I don't care anymore.

Sobra ko siyang na-miss, tapos yung takot ko na hindi na daw siya mahanap mas nadagdagan pa nung pinatay niya yung tawag ko. Hindi na rin ako binalikan nila Mama. Umalis pa si Owen kaya—

"I boarded the same plane as yours." He smiled warmly to me as he tucked some of my hair behind my ear.

"Sinungaling..."

"Wanna see my plane ticket?"

Sinimangutan ko lang siya. Napa-tungo ako habang patuloy na umiiyak. Gusto ko siyang yakapin, gusto ko siyang hampasin, ang dami kong gustong gawin pero naugat na lang ako sa kinatatayuan ko.

"Akala ko... A-Akala ko iniwan mo na 'ko. Kayo n-nila Mama," I breathed in deeply, "Akala ko napagod na kayo sa'kin..."

"Mira naman..."

"Masisisi mo ba 'ko? Ilang araw kang walang paramdam tapos... tapos... tapos pinatayan mo pa 'ko ng tawag—"

He finally closed the small distance between us as he embraced me. He hugged me so tightly that I was already leaning on the railings. I felt him planting a warm kiss on my head, "Ikaw lang naman ang mabilis sumuko sa'ting dalawa e." he whispered.

Hinampas ko siya sa dibdib kaya natawa siya sa sinabi ko, "H-Hindi kaya!"

"Who's filing for a divorce then?"

"I-Ikaw!" bintang ko.

Bumitaw siya sa yakap at kinulong ako sa gitna ng mga braso niya nang humawak siya sa magkabilang gilid ko sa railings. Bumaba siya nang kaunti para pantayan ako at tinitigan sa mata, "Where's the papers then?"
