No One Cheats Death Like Gaston

'Fifteen years after the spell was broken and Belle and the Prince had been married, they had a young daughter named Joëlle and their rival Gaston had fallen off the roof to his death.. or so they thought.. on a stormy night a hand reaches out of the ruins of the roof, and a beaten Gaston rose from the rubble..'

"I'm.. alive..? Well, I guess no one cheats death like Gaston." He said

'Princess Joëlle was well-read, kind and as adventurous as her mother Belle, and like her mother in the beginning felt like a prisoner within the walls of the castle, she was usually found in the library, where she read to her younger godbrother Chip..'

"Princess Joëlle, your parents wish to have a word with you in the throne room." A plump man said

"Thank you, Cogsworth, please tell them I'll be right there as soon as I finish helping Chip with this last word." I said

"Yes, your highness.." Cogsworth said, closing the door to the library as he took his leave

"Sorry, Chip, we'll continue with your lesson when I get back." I said

"That's alright, Joëlle. I know that you're busy, seeing as you'll one day be Queen." Chip said

'I had soon caught up with Cogsworth seeing my parents and my grandfather Maurice waiting in the throne room..'

"Grandpa Maurice." I said

"Joëlle,  how would you like to spend next week with your grandfather in the village.?" Belle asked

"You mean I'll be outside these walls? But what about Chip? We have lessons together next week.." I said

"We'll see if maybe Chip would like to go with you, so that you can continue your tutoring." Cogsworth said

"Yes, I'd be more than glad to spend next week in the village." I said

"Just as beautiful as her mother.. I must have her." Gaston said, moving towards the village

"Chip, your godsister is going to her grandfather's village next week and to keep up with your tutoring, they want to know if you would like to go with her. You could go sightseeing together  in between lessons."  Mrs. Potts said

"So, I'll spend a whole week with Joëlle without interruption or delays? Of course I'll go." Chip said

'The next week had fast approached, I was loading the carriage, Chip and Maurice seated I had hugged my parents goodbye and sat Chip in my lap as I glance back at the castle as we pull out..'

"Chip, mind your manners and listen to Maurice and Joëlle." Mrs. Potts said

"I will.." Chip said

'Chip and I had gotten a week's worth of studying done in one hour, I had put the books in my bag and had taken Chip into town, where we pass a nearby Tavern, I look through the window seeing the most attractive man I had ever seen.. I felt that my life had been missing something, I had to know him..'
