Hermione POV (AsianPear request)
Great. How could this possibly happen? April 1st just so happened to be on a Saturday. Saturday! Anyways, Percy, Annabeth, and the others said they had some friends coming over to Hogwarts for April Fool's Day. Well, want to know what happened? Here's what.
I felt something tickle my face but I was smart enough to know not to hit my face. That would just end up in shaving cream on my face.
"Stop." I told however was doing it and I got out of bed. First mistake of the day. I slipped and face first onto a pile of slime on the floor.
I groaned. "Really? Who did this?" I looked around and found all my roommates in similar situations.
Ginny walked up to me and seemed to be the only person in this room without shaving cream or slime on them.
"How did you-" I started. "Oh, you should know I'm used to this. I had Fred and George as brothers. Every April Fool's Day, gotta watch out for pranks!" She smiled at me.
"Ahh... I see. But who played all these pranks? And set them up before any of us could wake up?" I asked. "You ask me." She said shrugging.
"Maybe Ron." I said thinking. Ginny just shrugged.
"So, I guess, just watch out for pranks." She suggested. I nodded. But as I was going down the stairs to exit the girls' dormitories, I felt something gross, slimy, sticky, and gooey fall on top of me. I groaned.
"Oh Hermione! I said watch out!" Ginny laughed. I looked at my hand and inwardly groaned. There was green slimy goop on me.
"If I were you, I'd go take a shower!" Ginny laughed. I nodded and went off to the showers. And you know what happened when I turned on the shower, I got soda on me.
I groaned. Now, I smelled like sprite! Great! I decided to turn the shower all the way to cold, and actually got normal, but cold, water.
After my shower, I made an attempt to comb my hair while it was wet, it half worked. Quickly I changed and made my way to Ginny avoiding the pranks. I swear, Peeves could've done this.
There were quills sent to attack you if you stepped on a string, water buckets, fake swords, soda that fell on you and made you smell like soda the whole day no matter what, voices that scared you, and invisible candy floss that appeared when you stepped on a string then it would be too late for you to turn back. Yeah. It's hard to get past the girl's dormitory without getting pranked.
Finally, I stepped out of the girl dorm and was in the common room. I was being conscious of what was around me.
Then, "boo!" 2 voices screamed spraying me with chocolate smelling glitter. I groaned again. "Really? Who are you?" I asked the boys.
"Travis," 1 said, "Connor." The other said. "I've never seen you before. Oh no... Are you those boys the 7 and others mentioned? Connor and Travis Stoll?" I asked in dismay. "Yep! And how'd you make it out with out any pranks?" Connor asked. "Well, I got the slime out of bed, goop bucket, and soda shower." I explained.
"Ha! You got 3 of our pranks! Yes!" Travis cheered. Just then Ginny walked into the room. "Hey. How come do you have nothing on you?" Connor asked. "Me? Well, my brothers were prank masters! So, I've learned a few things. Pranks 24/7 everyday. So yeah, when you have twin brothers like that..." She trailed on.
"Really? Who were your brothers?" Travis asked. "Fred and George. George is.... Umm... Not around." She finished. "Oh... I'm sorry to here that. But Fred and George? Those guys are legends!" Connor exclaimed. "Their pranks, legendary!" Travis exclaimed shaking his head.
"Well, let's head to breakfast, it started a bit ago." Ginny said looking around for pranks and walking forward.
Ginny was doing good, until she stepped on a wire, and fell right into ice cream. "Ooh.... That's a good one." I smirked.
Ginny glared at me, "I will have your head." She muttered to me under her breath. I laughed at her until I got sprayed at with mashed potatoes. "Oh come on! I just took a shower!" I complained. "Oops." Connor faked.
*Time skip to after multiple failed attempts at getting to the breakfast hall without getting pranked*
"So, how many pranks was that?" I asked Ginny. "Umm... Getting out of girl dorms, out of common room, and getting to the breakfast hall, umm... About 55 pranks." Ginny calculated. "Yep. A lot of pranks." Harry said joining in.
"Oh, and I forgot to tell you guys... If you didn't know," Percy started. "The friends I was talking about, played all these pranks." He finished.
"What?!" Everyone of the houses practically yelled. "Heheh... Happy April Fools'...."
