Nico POV

Ok... I saw the enemy up ahead walking. slithering, doing whatever they do. I readied my Stygian iron sword as they were coming in.

Frank was shouting the orders for the Hufflepuffs and I was in charge for the Slytherin. I began shouting out my orders and my plan started taking form.

"Ok, now archers!" I shouted as I battled against some monster. Now, I heard arrows whistling past my ear as I parried, striked and blocked the monster I was fighting.

2, 3, 4. I counted in my head then, the other fighters striked. Then with a quick stroke of my blade I hit the my monster turning it into monster dust.

Hufflepuff and Slytherin POV

Every Hufflepuff and Slytherin were working hard to fend off the enemy. But, there were just so many... It was hard... Nobody knew whether they would win or not. But, they had to believe in themselves!

They... They had to believe they could win! They could beat these enemies! Hogwarts and Camp Half-Blood never went do this easy.... They wouldn't!

Everyone keep on battling.

"Gah!" Lori screamed as a monster slashed her thigh. She fell to the floor. "Lori! Come you can this!" Her best friend Maya shouted at her as she fought with her own monster.

Lori grunted and got onto her knee then got up. "I'm not going down that easily just like the rest of my family." She growled at her monster and continued fight it.

This fight went on like this, but it wasn't until the first few 30 minutes of that fight till one of the allies fell to ground being killed by a monster.

"Hahaha!" The monster cackled, "we're making a comeback! We'll come and defeat you-" the monster was defeated by an enraged wizard.

Tears trailed down his cheeks, yet, he didn't just drop to the ground morning over his dead brother. He fought with renewed energy.

This was the fight of their lives. Whether they lived or died in this fight, someone would tell their story. (Hamilton reference!)

Nobody knew what would happen at the end of this fight. They just knew they had to fight! For the sake of the world.

"Ahhhh!" Multiple screams could be heard in the air... Whether monster or human, nobody would leave this fight unscathed.

Hour and hours had passed. Many had fallen. But no one had yet dared to grieve. For they wanted their deaths to not be meaningless, they wanted their sacrifices to be worth something! Something more than just grieving.

As anyone that fell in battle were honored for their heroic acts for the world. Anyone fallen had taken a piece of someone's heart with them. It hurt seeing their friends falling and dying in front of their eyes. But they had to pull through it. They could always keep their friends in their heart.

Hours upon hours had passed. Until one more monster stood in their path. The hardest monster. Nobody knew how Tartarus had managed to awaken it. The Serpent of Death.

Hello friendssssssss. The snake hissed. Everyone was pale faced or trying to get the dead, or wounded out of the way as a big fight was about to erupt.

My, my. It'sssss be to long. He continued. "Not long enough." Frank muttered glaring at the ground.

Oh no. Don't tell me you're not excited to sssee me? He said tauntingly.

He began to slither around the group of people. My my... What issss thisss group? I thought only the besssst would be here. Well then I'm very disssappointed whatever thisss isss. He continued as though testing their patience.

Nobody dared to move. Not without the whole group. This serpent's name was not for show. It meant trouble.

Tssk, tssk. What ssscaredy catsss. Wait, that'sss right! I'm the great sssnake and catsss are afraid of me! Ha! You all really are kitty catsss. Now that one made scratch.

Well, what are we waiting for? Hmm? You all ssseem to be ssstalling. Tell me! Oh pleassse, I really couldn't care lesss.

I think it'ss time to fight. And ssee how many ssheep are left from the wolf.
